Brooks Nader has revealed the plastic surgery procedure she regrets the most.
The swimsuit model, who has previously shared that she’s had cosmetic procedures like a nose job and Botox, recently revealed to People magazine that she also underwent liposuction.
‘I had liposuction years ago,’ Nader said. ‘And I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it.’
Nader explained that the surgery, which involves removing fat from certain parts of the body, led to some unexpected and undesirable side effects.
‘I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things.’
Nader, who is about to appear in the new Baywatch series, said they simply need to slow down, prioritize their health, and worry less about everything else.
This isn’t the first time that Nader has spoken candidly about what plastic surgery she’s had done.
In 2025, the star admitted to getting a rhinoplasty in her interview with Bustle.
She also jokingly told the outlet about the negative feedback she’s received about her new nose.
‘People say I look like Michael Jackson,’ Nader said.
The celebrity also revealed she had veneers and used a weight loss drug to achieve her results.
Nader also gets cosmetic injectables such as Botox, which is for wrinkle prevention.
Nader explained that she schedules any cosmetic procedures or appointments during her days off from work.
‘Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger,’ she joked.
Nader began her modeling career in 2019, but she says it wasn’t until she started using a GLP-1 medication for weight loss that she really became successful, according to an interview with Bustle.
She remembered that whenever she didn’t get a job, she’d ask her old modeling agency to ask the client for feedback. She said the feedback she received directly was that she needed to lose thirty pounds.
Despite the harsh feedback, Nader said she ‘didn’t shed one tear over it.’
‘I just say, “The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?”‘
Nader explained that his career really began to flourish when he started using GLP-1. However, he clarified that he wasn’t endorsing or justifying its use.
‘I think everybody is different – but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs.’
Nader’s body image and weight loss were discussed on the first season of her family’s reality show, Love Thy Nader.
In the second-to-last episode, Nader’s sisters step in to help after discovering her passed out in the bathtub.
Nader explained she increased her GLP-1 dosage because she wanted to look especially good for a Maxim photoshoot.
She was surprised by how many people contacted her after the show aired, admitting they also relied on GLP-1 medications. Many expressed embarrassment about their use, feeling it was seen as a weakness or crutch, and were hesitant to discuss it due to the associated stigma, she told Bustle.
I’m still dealing with it, and I admit it’s become a bad habit,” she said. “I know it’s not good for me, and I really need to stop.
