He mentioned that he practices Pilates quite frequently, aiming for at least four days each week, so it’s a substantial part of his routine.
EJ said it’s all about ‘maintaining’ his weight while having a good time.
‘Find a workout that’s something you love to do,’ EJ said.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I don’t view exercise as a chore; instead, it’s an opportunity to let loose and have fun. We groove to the rhythm, perspire in the process, and at the end of it all, I’m left in awe, realizing that not only did we create wonderful memories but also managed to torch those calories without even realizing it!

EJ attended New York University for his education, specializing in hospitality with an emphasis on event organization and aesthetics.
