Bandaged-up Courtney Stodden slips into string bikini one week after undergoing $20K nose job

Despite sporting a bandaged nose, Courtney Stodden quickly donned a string bikini and posed for a revealing selfie. This came less than a week after she had surgery to revise her nose (revision rhinoplasty), correct a deviated septum (septoplasty), and add facial fat (facial fat grafting).

‘Absolutely everyone is welcome!’ shared the 31-year-old, previously known as a teen bride – and with nearly 600,000 followers on social media – in an Instagram post on Wednesday.

I’m incredibly grateful for the smooth recovery process – thank you to Dr. Gary Motykie and the whole team! I’m feeling fantastic just one week after surgery. I’m really excited to have the cast removed and see the final result. It’s been a wonderful experience.

I’m breathing so much easier now, I can actually smell everything! So, everyone around me better make sure they smell good!

The plastic surgeon from West Hollywood responded to Courtney’s post, telling her she was ‘doing so well.’ He also emphasized how important it is to properly recover, adding: ‘Excited for the big reveal ahead.’

Stodden shared: ‘I can genuinely sense every detail of life, and it’s amazing. I’m shocked I used to live so differently.’

The stunning blonde – who sources say spent $20,000 on cosmetic treatments – also shared a TikTok video of herself using the popular ‘Makayla Did’ sound.

Don’t do that, please. It’s really not worth the trouble. I’ve decided against it. I was just considering it a moment ago, but I’m not going through with it,” Courtney said with a smile. She then winked and playfully stuck out her tongue.

‘I did it!’

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always fascinated by people’s journeys, and Courtney Stodden recently opened up about her decision to have another surgery. She shared that it stemmed from wanting to address something she’s been self-conscious about since her first nose job back in 2016 – a small bump. It’s interesting to see how people continue to refine their look and address things that bother them, and she felt it was time to revisit that earlier procedure.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always open about things I do to feel my best, so I wanted to share that I recently had a septoplasty. I’ve been dealing with breathing problems for years, and this procedure was the solution! I told Daily Mail all about it – it’s been a game changer for me, and I’m excited to share my experience.

During my surgery, I also decided to make a tiny adjustment to the appearance of my nose. It wasn’t a major cosmetic procedure, just a little improvement I made while taking care of my health. I’m already feeling much better and I’m thankful to be able to breathe more easily now.

Courtney has previously shared that she had breast augmentation surgery in 2013 when she was 18. She also had lip fillers for 14 years, but she dissolved them in May, and she has porcelain veneers.

Courtney Stodden and her husband, Jared Safier, a four-time Emmy Award winner, worked together to create the biopic The Courtney Stodden Story: I Was a Child Bride. The film, directed by D’Angela Proctor, first aired on Lifetime last Saturday.

This TV movie tells the story of a vegan woman from Washington State and her controversial ten-year marriage to Doug Hutchison, who starred in The Green Mile. Their divorce became final in 2020.

The 65-year-old, who has been nominated for a SAG Award and currently resides in Royal Oak, MI, was 50 years old in 2011 when he married Courtney. She was 16 at the time and had paid to participate in his online acting workshop.

In a post on September 18, Courtney Stodden shared that the movie helped them understand both their past pain and their own resilience, writing, ‘This movie made me realize how broken I’ve been but also how strong I’ve had to be.’

I believed I was recovering well, but watching that triggered something. It’s become clear my struggle with pain feels constant – it doesn’t really have a start or finish. I had a setback. After being sober for three months, I drank again. I’m not proud of it, but I’m only human, and that’s alright. Recovery isn’t a straight line; it’s not perfect.

The singer previously appeared in an acting role in the thriller Fatal Detour, directed by B. Harrison Smith, which debuted on BET+ last month. Her husband, age 42, also served as an executive producer on the film.

Courtney wed Jared on December 3 after two-and-a-half years of dating.

Stodden and Safier suffered the tragic loss of their child at ‘around 10 weeks’ in May 2024.
