Bad Sisters season 2 trailer teases murder plot for Anne-Marie Duff’s Grace

As a die-hard fan of dark comedies and gripping drama series, I am absolutely thrilled that Bad Sisters season 2 is finally upon us! The first season was a rollercoaster ride of emotions, suspense, and unexpected twists, and I can’t wait to see what Sharon Horgan and the team have in store for us this time around.

The second season of “Bad Sisters” has released its official trailer, hinting at additional murder mysteries involving the Garvey family.

In the upcoming episode of the popular Apple TV+ series, Sharon Horgan and Anne-Marie Duff reappear as characters Eva and Grace Garvey. Joining them are sisters Becka (from “The Perfect Couple,” played by Eve Hewson), Ursula (portrayed by Eva Birthistle), and Bibi (played by Sarah Greene).

In the trailer, we witness Grace making her way down the aisle towards her fiancé Ian, a move made two years after the demise of her previous spouse John Paul. However, one may wonder if the sisters have truly managed to move on from the past incidents and leave them behind.

For Season 2 of “Killing Eve,” Fiona Shaw from “Killing Eve” joins the cast and appears determined in the trailer to harass Grace for killing her ex-partner, growing close to Roger (Michael Smiley from “Luther”) to extract gruesome details about the incident.

The discovery of a body in a suitcase also sees the police sniffing around the sisters again, this time with Barry Ward and Sex Education star Thaddea Graham heading up the investigation.

As the trailer progresses, Grace shares with her family that it’s been two whole days since she last saw her husband. This leads Eva to speculate that something might be wrong with Grace.

Later, Bibi confesses over the phone, “I’ve been having unsettling thoughts about my own sister that I wish weren’t there.

The unease persists, as Ursula worries that the circumstances could lead everyone into legal trouble. Meanwhile, Roger confides in Grace his plan to report JP’s death to the authorities.

In Season 2, we encounter another recurring character, Daryl McCormack, returning in his role as Matthew Claflin. The trailer hints at a meeting between him and Becka, where Matthew subtly reminds the youngest Garvey sister of a significant secret he has been holding onto for her.

Similar to its first season, the second season is penned by Sharon Horgan, while Dearbhla Walsh resumes her director’s role again.

Fans don’t have long to wait to learn the fate of the Garveys, with season 2 arriving next month.

The second season of “Bad Sisters” debuts on Apple TV+ this coming Wednesday, November 13th. You can catch up with the first season right now by streaming it.
