Back To Black star Marisa Abela puts on a stylish display in a £1,700 Miu Miu pinafore as she arrives for the Venice Film Festival

As an ardent admirer of the captivating world of entertainment, I find myself utterly enamored by the radiant Marisa Abela and her enchanting journey through stardom. Her transformation into the legendary Amy Winehouse in the Back To Black biopic has not only solidified her as a formidable talent but also painted her with an indelible brush of resilience and grace.

Marisa Abela arrived in style for the Venice Film Festival on Tuesday. 

In the biographical movie about Amy Winehouse titled “Back To Black”, the 27-year-old actress, who played the role of Amy, was entirely clad in Miu Miu fashion.

Marisa donned a navy pinstripe pinafore worth £1,700 that she paired over a blue shirt. She accessorized her ensemble with grey socks and £790 black satin heels.

The film star accessorised with a £2,100 tan bowling bag and black sunglasses. 

Accompanied by actress Chase Sui, Marisa exited a water taxi with an upbeat demeanor, pausing for photo opportunities before moving on.

A day earlier, Marisa had attended the designer’s Women’s Tales screening.

Marisa concealed her engagement ring while taking pictures, having gotten engaged to Jamie Bogyo, a West End star, in July.

In Jamie’s social media update, Marisa is visibly jumping into her significant other’s embrace, following his gesture of kneeling in a city park, for a heartwarming hug.

After that, the actress was taken aback when her friends and relatives unexpectedly appeared to celebrate the good news and congratulate the happy couple.

An adorable snap holding onto a rose also allowed Marisa to show off her whopping diamond ring. 

Marisa and Jamie celebrated their fourth anniversary in January.

In addition, Jamie is a thespian who first graced the professional stage in the West End’s rendition of Moulin Rouge, portraying the character Christian.

In the previous year, he played a lead role in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s production titled “Aspect of Love,” which was staged from May through August, with a specific end date.

In April, the movie “Back To Black” premiered, featuring Marisa as the portrayal of the late singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse. The film showcased dramatic scenes illustrating her turbulent marriage with Blake Fielder-Civil, a role played by Jack O’Connell.

Blake, who was married to the singer from 2007 to 2009, confessed earlier to introducing her to heroin. Many of her fans view him as partially accountable for her death due to alcohol poisoning at the age of 27 in 2011.

Although Amy Winehouse’s album “Back to Black” propelled Marisa into stardom, the biopic directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson was panned by movie critics as a ‘mediocre production’ and an ‘imitation of the actress on a weekend night television show’.
