‘The majority of Americans find themselves in a challenging situation. Instead of escaping a dystopia, they’re seemingly trapped within it. My feelings of worry and sorrow are deeply rooted for their wellbeing.’

Continuing the pattern of appointing MAGA associates over seasoned experts within their respective fields, Trump also designated Elon Musk for a cost- and waste-reducing position, Fox News host Pete Hegseth to manage the vast Defense Department, and Tulsi Gabbard – who sparked criticism with allegations about ‘biolabs’ in Ukraine – as Director of National Intelligence.
