Award-winning series The Bear has a new streaming home in the UK – and it’s free.
In a new take, “The Bear” is centered around Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, focusing on the team at the eponymous eatery, formerly known as The Original Beef of Chicagoland. The charismatic Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto, an acclaimed chef, takes charge of this restaurant.
The series chronicles the journey of a struggling eatery co-owned by our protagonist and his deceased sibling, delving into the complexities of their team and the escalating challenges faced in the food service sector.
Ever since the premiere of The Bear in 2022, it has been an enormous success among viewers, raking in an impressive 21 Primetime Emmy Awards and five Golden Globe accolades.
Under a fresh agreement with ITVX, an assortment of Disney+ series such as “The Bear” can now be streamed at no charge on this service.

In this arrangement, viewers can access shows like “Love Island”, “Only Murders in the Building”, “The Kardashians”, and the “Star Wars” series spin-off, “Andor”, on both streaming services.
According to Kevin Lygo, the managing director of media and entertainment at ITV, this partnership enables us to present a carefully curated set of titles to our respective and compatible audiences.
This agreement brings an abundance of exceptional content to ITVX viewers, while also increasing the chances for viewers to discover and appreciate our unique offerings.
Joe Earley, president of direct-to-consumer at Disney Entertainment, stated: “Through this innovative partnership, we’ll be able to share popular and trending UK shows with our Disney+ subscribers. Additionally, we hope ITVX viewers will enjoy exploring some of the award-winning series and hit films available on Disney+.

In the fourth season, the critically acclaimed drama series aired, earning an impressive 85% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
According to the general opinion, “The Bear’s” fourth season has successfully rekindled its intensity after a prolonged period, offering an engaging experience, albeit with some patience required during brief pauses between main events.
In the recent episodes, Carmy confronts the issues that led him to dismantle his life after season three, with the aim of elevating the restaurant to new heights.
Sydney finds herself torn between deciding to put her signature on the partnership agreement with Carmy or pursuing another job opportunity, all the while grappling with her decision. On the other hand, Richie continues to grapple with questions about his self-worth, both as a father and a professional.
The Bear seasons 1-4 are available to stream on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.
