Avowed has received a pretty hefty patch, addressing a not immodest laundry list of issues, including quest progression bugs, tweaks to NPCs and dialogue, and an array of general improvements to gameplay and systems.
Version 1.3.0 was released a few days ago, not only resolving a number of bugs and enhancing various aspects, but also making changes to combat mechanics, enemy actions, spells, and abilities, among other things.
