Avatar: Fire and Ash first look shows Neytiri dealing with “absolute devastation”
Ahead of its scheduled launch later this year, the creators behind “Avatar: Fire and Ash” have unveiled an initial glimpse of the character, Neytiri.
In this initial scene from the movie, you can see Zoe Saldaña, portraying a fierce Na’vi warrior, pulling back her bow while displaying a determined and irate expression.
In addition, the actress recently spoke with Empire magazine, discussing that her character continues to harbor anger and wrath following the occurrences depicted in “The Way of Water.

In the sequel, the final scene depicted a confrontation between Jake, Neytiri, and the Resource Development Administration (RDA), which tragically led to the loss of their son Neteyam. This heartbreaking incident left an indelible mark on Neytiri, as its lasting impact will continue to be felt in the next installment.
She remarked, “The pain is persistently addressed.” Furthermore, since it lacks an outlet and fails to subside, anger may also arise from it. The Sully family will face trials together.
Beyond just causing her to ponder over her relationship with her husband, these events will lead her to doubt not only that bond, but also her connection with herself, her community, her homeland, and the Na’vi culture. She’ll find herself questioning every aspect of her life.
The story unfolds as the family embarks on a journey to the volcanic landscape of Pandora, where they encounter the indigenous Mangkwan tribe of Na’vi. Notably, Neytiri encounters an equally formidable character in Varang, played by Oona Chaplin.
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but get excited about Zoe Saldana’s stunning performance in the upcoming film, as director James Cameron has hinted. He shared that Zoe truly shines in this production, describing her as “incandescent.
With Emilia Pérez, her long-standing talent as a premier actor has been acknowledged at last. However, in the film “Fire And Ash”, her performance surpasses anything we have previously witnessed.
The “Avatar” movie and “Avatar: The Way of Water” are currently available for streaming on Disney+. The film “Fire and Ash” is set to hit theaters on December 19th.
