In the holiday photo, she seems to be around eighteen or twenty-six years old, as she is depicted wearing a helmet and enjoying a cocktail.

Wearing a loose sarong, the stunning blonde looked as gorgeous then as she does now.  

She noted in her caption, “From a young age, I apparently mastered the art of defensive tackling during the playful period known as the off-season.” (Or simply, “I picked up the skill for tackle defense during the off-season at an early age.”)

Following the TV star’s unexpectedly optimistic reaction to receiving a skin cancer diagnosis.

In the middle of 2020, Deborah underwent an emergency operation to take out two skin cancers on her face. Since then, she’s been utilizing her public presence to advocate for sun safety education.

During an interview on the No Filter podcast, Deborah shared that at first, she was apprehensive about how cancer might impact her professional life. However, she now views it more as a ‘blessing’ or ‘benefit’.

She expressed that among all her experiences, getting skin cancer on her face ranks high – it was a significant event for her. Instead of concealing it, she chose to embrace it openly, viewing it as an opportunity.

My partner advises me to make wise use of my newfound fame, which I fully agree with. Engage in actions that will spark change or progress, she suggested.

Deborah also spoke about her decision to age naturally. 

She asserted long ago that she would never undergo a facelift, and she still holds firm to that belief. At the age of 60, she feels truer to herself than she ever has throughout her life.

Earlier this year, Deborah revealed she fears her cancer will return.

She shared with 7Life in May, “It’s bound to happen again – I’m still in danger.” She also pointed out that particular part of her face serves as a highway for skin cancer.

The TV host has brought awareness to the disease, and says it is something she is proud of.

She declared that out of all her experiences and achievements, this particular event holds the deepest significance for her, making it the most impactful part of her life so far.

In the middle of 2020, Deborah had an operation to take out Basal Cell Carcinoma, a form of skin cancer, from her face.

Nine years ago, she had a basal cell carcinoma taken out from the identical location on her face, and she was astonished when it came back again.

After a year had passed since her surgery, she posted a ‘before’ and ‘after’ picture on Instagram, highlighting the advancement of her healing wound.

During the lockdown, several individuals added pounds, yet Deborah managed to shed six kilograms – and she’s never felt better.

She credited cutting out alcohol and sugar with her transformation.

‘It’s hilarious, but I feel better than I’ve ever felt,’ she told Stellar Magazine at the time. 

She’s put a lot of effort into her well-being and feels significantly stronger as a result. She’s not keeping track of calories exactly, but rather ensuring she’s eating less overall.

Preparing delicious, veggie-rich dishes filled with aromatic spices brings me immense joy. To maintain my health, I make sure to drink plenty of water each day, and about twice a week, I enjoy probiotic-packed shakes for added wellness benefits.

The model has added a stationary bike to her routine, as well as walking and golf games.
