Scott Evennett, who competed on Australian Ninja Warrior, and his wife Rebecca recently had a baby boy – their second child!
The couple shared the joyful announcement on social media Tuesday, along with some adorable photos.
A heartwarming photo shows Scott, wearing a ‘Dadlife’ cap, gently holding his new baby at home, with Christmas decorations visible in the background.
A different picture shows the man, who used to be a builder, in a hospital room, letting his young daughter Goldie meet her new baby brother.
The couple have yet to announce their boy’s name.
The post, shared to Rebecca’s Instagram, included a loving tribute to Scott from his wife.

‘You ~ my amazing husband and father to our two little babes,’ Rebecca began.
Having you with me during childbirth was even more wonderful than I dreamed. I’m so grateful we had the birth experience we both wanted.
I’ll always cherish watching you as a dad, especially now with our new son. It’s a joy to see you become a father all over again.
As a father, I deeply admire the incredible strength and unwavering commitment it takes to keep pushing forward, driven by a purpose greater than yourself. You selflessly risk everything to serve and provide a better life for us all.
‘Dads are silent warriors, they don’t talk about what they do – they just get it done.
It’s easy to feel like family isn’t as important as it used to be, but becoming a father has actually made me realize how much strength and dedication it takes. Seeing you work so hard for us is truly amazing.
‘Thank you for all you do for me and for our family. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Xx.’
Scott replied: ‘Thanks darling. It’s what dads do.’
A former soldier, Scott, rose to fame in the 2017 series of Australian Ninja Warrior.

Scott quickly became a fan favourite after sharing that he lost 12 kilograms before even starting the challenging obstacle course.
To lose weight, Scott changed his diet, prioritizing fats and proteins while reducing his carbohydrate intake.
Despite his impressive efforts, Scott was eliminated from the contest ahead of the grand final.
He later gained media attention when he started dating Jenna Louise, another contestant on Australian Ninja Warrior, whom he met while filming the 2017 season.
Following his breakup with his trainer, Scott married Rebecca in 2024. He shared the news on social media with a picture of her, writing, ‘Married to this one!’
