Later on, she started to weep when she touched her recently reduced breasts, and between tears, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude, saying, ‘I am incredibly thankful.’
Afterward, the celebrity known for reality TV once more glanced beneath her surgical robe, expressing satisfaction over her newly transformed physique.
She exclaimed, “They’re absolutely adorable!”, and her partner followed up by asking, “Could you tell me more about what makes them so appealing?
Sarah replied: ‘Perfect.’
