As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that the decision to sell such a stunning property as Jane Scandizzo and Joey’s lavish abode in Toorak is indeed a tough one. Having worked with numerous high-profile individuals and witnessed their real estate choices, I can attest to the fact that a home often becomes more than just a dwelling; it’s an extension of one’s personality and lifestyle.

Previously known star, Jane Scandizzo (of Yummy Mummies fame), along with her famous hairstylist spouse Joey, are listing their luxurious residence located in Melbourne for sale.

A well-known pair has put up for sale their luxurious four-bedroom, four-bathroom home located in the exclusive neighborhood of Toorak. The asking price is estimated to be between $7 million and $7.5 million.

In the year 2014, they bought it for approximately $2.13 million. Since then, they transformed the traditional house, originally built, into a contemporary and fashionable living space.

Joey, a hairdresser well-known for styling celebrities, shared with the Herald Sun that the couple invested in renovations, hoping it would transform into their ideal residence.

He shared with the publication that when constructing this home, our initial intention was to reside here for an extended period. However, an unexpected chance arose which leads us to pursue something new.

‘Our dream house is now going to be someone else’s dream.’

Located 8 kilometers outside the city center, the renovation of this multi-story residence preserved certain traditional elements, such as a porch adorned with checkered flooring and ornate wrought iron detailing.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’d describe this space as a harmonious blend of contemporary and classic elements. European oak floors underfoot, expansive windows reaching the ceiling, a marble fireplace that adds a touch of elegance, and concrete accents that lend an industrial edge – all coming together to create a living environment that exudes sophistication and style.

Notable features encompass a generously sized living and dining space, which flows seamlessly into a swimming pool area and beautifully landscaped garden adorned with statues.

Simultaneously, you’ll find a fitness center and studio located on the first level, which sits atop a double garage.

The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite.

Joey Scandizzo, a renowned hairstylist, has made a name for himself in the circle of Melbourne’s celebrities, having been crowned Australian Hairdresser of the Year an impressive four times.

He counts Bec Judd, Paris Hilton, Vera Blue and Elle Macpherson as clients.

Initially, his partner Jane gained attention when she was among the popular figures in the 2017 reality show “Yummy Mummies,” broadcasted by Channel Seven, and it is currently streaming on Netflix.

The show followed four lavish mums-to-be as they awaited the birth of their children.

Jane also counts Bec Judd as a close friend.

At the onset of the show, fans flocked to her Instagram, where they found pictures of Grand Prix red carpets, shiny movie premiers, and leisurely race days.

Jane acted alongside three other charming mothers, Maria DiGeronimo, Lorinska Merrington, and Rachel Watts.

Prior to the debut, Jane stirred up debate after a trailer was posted on Channel Seven’s Facebook page, depicting her in attendance at one of her friend’s baby showers.

She shouted in surprise, commenting that Maria DiGeronimo had chosen to display an ultrasound image of her uterus as a decoration at her extravagant gathering!

‘Does everyone need to see inside your uterus?’ another cast member added.

Initially, the series “Yummy Mummies” struggled when it debuted on Channel Seven in 2017, ultimately attracting only 207,000 viewers for its last episode, marking a disappointingly low viewership figure.

The series experienced a resurgence on Seven’s streaming service, and later, it was acquired by Netflix towards the end of 2018.

Since debuting on Netflix, “Yummy Mummies” has been an enormous hit, and the show’s antagonist, Maria, has seen a significant surge in her Instagram following – climbing from 60,000 fans to an impressive 460,000.
