As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say, this luxury Queensland mansion owned by the renowned DJ trio, Will Sparks and New World Sound brothers, is nothing short of breathtaking. The fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean architecture creates an elegant ultra-modern pad that exudes sophistication and style.

A stunning mansion in Queensland, previously owned by well-known DJ duo Will Sparks and the Taylor brothers of New World Sound fame, has been successfully sold at a high price tag of $5,775,000.

A team of three influential musicians from Australia initially put up their spacious, five-bedroom, four-bathroom property on the Gold Coast for sale in April, with no specified asking price.

The 728-square-meter property, situated in the exclusive district of Broadbeach Waters, was constructed by the Taylor brothers’ firm, Unique Built, as stated by Domain.

The musical mates first purchased a waterfront dwelling on the site for a mere $2million in 2022.

Overwhelmed with excitement, I couldn’t wait to witness the transformation of the original abode into something grander – a multi-storied marvel they eventually named “The Arch.

As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but gush about this stunning residence that beautifully blends Japanese and Mediterranean architectural influences. It’s more than just a house; it’s an exquisite ultra-modern dwelling boasting expansive, grandiose living areas that leave me breathless!

The amenities encompass an inner garden, a personal mixology bar, and a magnesium swimming pool that preserve a vacation-like ambiance.

There’s also an al fresco entertainment space with fire pit and waterside views.

Notable features also encompass a wine cellar, a personal study, a home theater, and a high-end kitchen complete with a butler’s pantry.

The discussion about the property on realestate.com.au took place after Tyrone Taylor had spoken about it in April.

I forged a friendship with Will back in 2014 while we were both touring Australia alongside the late music sensation, Avicii.” (As a lifestyle expert)

Using “Arch”, let’s consider constructing our very own home – the three of us – when we’re still in our youthful vigor. Let’s make it extraordinary, right here along the coastline.

As a dedicated follower, I am thrilled to share our passion project: a versatile masterpiece designed with you in mind, encompassing every feature one could desire. My team and I strive to craft the ultimate abode – a home so remarkable, it will undoubtedly be the coolest house around.

The Taylor brothers didn’t just construct Arch as a property; they also designed others in their distinctive resort style. In 2022, famous real estate investor Adrian Portelli purchased one such property from them.

He ‘gave away’ the $2.3million two-storey Sanctuary Cove mansion as a raffle prize the following year through his promotions company LMCT+.

Rebaptized as Asylo, meaning sanctuary in Greek, the lavish estate boasted a grand six-meter palm tree situated within its main building and a spacious outdoor pool area.

In the year 2020, DJ Will, aged 31, and his partner Brooklyn Clancy decided to make their expensive $2.35 million property in Paddington, Brisbane available for rental.

In 2019, the records indicate that the couple acquired a five-bedroom, four-bathroom property, known as Onyx, for approximately $2.35 million. Later on, they decided to offer this house for weekly rent at a price of $2,200.
