August 8 Update Patch Notes
As a seasoned player of GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, I can’t help but feel a thrill when I see such a packed schedule of events! From the Challenge Stage with its tough boss stages to the 7-Day Login Event that rewards us for our loyalty, there’s something for everyone.
The update on August will introduce a new Nikke as well as a new Costume Gacha!

On August 8, 2024, our game server requires maintenance and updates. Regrettably, during this period, you won’t have access to log into the game. We’re truly sorry for any trouble this may cause.
Expected maintenance duration: 11:00 – 15:00, August 8, 2024 (UTC +9)
The actual maintenance duration may vary.
Major Updates:
1. New Nikke
1.1 SSR Zwei
In the second year at M.M.R. Vocational School, a dedicated student named SSR Zwei, who consistently gives her all within her surroundings, decides to step onto the battlefield.
Two, being a Nikke, offers allies the ability to pierce through defenses with Pierce, and boosts the team’s resilience by restoring their cover Health Points (HP).
When her Burst Skills is in effect, she launches charge attacks with powerful Pierce effect.

The Special Recruit period will last from the end of the maintenance on August 8, 2024 (UTC+9), until August 21, 2024, at 23:59:59 (UTC+9).
* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit
* Recruit Rules:
In Special Recruit, you have the option to utilize Gems (either free or paid versions) or Advanced Recruit Coupons for the recruitment process. Regular Recruit Coupons are not applicable in this case.
In the Special Recruit, there’s approximately a 4% likelihood of obtaining an SSR Nikke, while the chances for an SSR Zwei are about 2%.
③You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Special Recruit.
④You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Zwei in the Mileage Shop.
⑤When Special Recruit ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.
⑥Following the update after the conclusion of Special Recruit, Zwei can now be obtained in Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and by utilizing Mold items. However, it will not be accessible through New Commander Special Recruit or the Tutorial Ordinary Recruit.
1.2 Temporarily Participating Nikke
During the “Recruit” phase, you have the option to temporarily include recruit-able Nikkes in your team for the “Union Shooting Range”. This means that these Nikkes will be available for a limited time before they return to their original positions.

2. New Costume
2.1 Special Costume – Marciana: School Days
A teacher’s unconventional attempt to get closer to her students.
Marciana: Now, you can get School Days with complete voice-overs, Burst Skill animations, a unique standing pose, and a special Small-scale Model from the Costume Gacha.
3. New Events
3.1 New Story Event: COLORLESS
Duration of the event: Starting from the close of maintenance on August 8, 2024, until 11:59:59 PM, August 21, 2024 (Korean Standard Time or UTC+9)
Every M.M.R. Vocational School student fills out a career aspiration form at least once.
Despite understanding that their aspirations might never materialize, many individuals carry out their tasks halfheartedly. However, Zwei finds it challenging to even start writing.
Meanwhile, news comes that Class P will be going on a field trip…
Participants can access the non-colorful event hub and finish levels to collect event prizes, which can be traded for a variety of benefits including Recruit Coupons and skill upgrade resources at the Event Marketplace.

In COLORLESS, you can now access the Tough Boss Stages at the Difficulty Level. Overcoming these stages rewards you with a variety of resources for further development!
3.2 Archives – A.C.P.U.! FREEZE!
Story Event ‘A.C.P.U.! FREEZE!’ is now available in Archives.
Participate in COLORLESS to obtain Memory Films for unlocking story events in Archives.

*How to enter: Lobby → Outpost → Command Center → Recollection → Archives
4. 7-Day Login Event – JUST ANOTHER DAY
59 p.m. and 59 seconds on August 21, 2024 (UTC+9).
1) Attend the event for seven consecutive days, and you’ll receive rewards! Keep logging in daily to collect Recruit Vouchers and development materials.
5. Coordinated Operation
Assemble a group of five leaders and take on Boss Blacksmith H.S.T.A. jointly! You can create a team with your friends and guild mates, or opt for an automated matchup. If successful, you’ll receive Broken Cores as rewards, which can be traded for Gems and development materials at the Recycling Shop!
* Event duration: From 12:00:00, August 16, 2024 to 23:59:59, August 18, 2024 (UTC+9)

7.1 Costume Gacha – Marciana: School Days
The time period extends from August 8, 2024 (after maintenance ends), up until 23:59:59 on August 21, 2024 (in UTC+9 time zone). In simpler terms, it starts after the maintenance on August 8 finishes and continues for exactly 13 days and 23 hours.
Earn rewards like Marciana: School Days, Advanced Recruit Bonuses, and equipment enhancement items when you recruit ten times.
