Koei Tecmo has officially unveiled the newest installment in their beloved Japanese role-playing game series, Atelier, called Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land, or simply Atelier Yumia. This is the 26th main title in the franchise, developed by Gust, who has been at the helm of the series since its inception in 1997.
What is Atelier Yumia?
Today, a one-minute preview of Atelier Yumia was revealed across Koei Tecmo’s official channels, offering glimpses not just of the main character’s charm, but also showcasing the gameplay aspects such as combat, world exploration, player housing features, and alchemy – a key feature that defines this series.
Since 1997, Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Gust have consistently grown the popularity of their franchise. Their recent additions for 2023 include Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, which sold 290,000 copies in its first week, and Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy & the Liberator of Polar Night, offering an enhanced mobile gaming experience.
