Atelier Wen has released the Perception V3, a new sports watch with an integrated bracelet. The Perception line, first introduced in 2022, was created to showcase the high quality of Chinese watchmaking. These watches are known for their beautifully detailed dials, hand-crafted by artisan Cheng Yucai. The V3 builds on this legacy by emphasizing the watch’s inner workings and solidifying the brand’s distinct style.

The Perception V3 comes in three designs, all featuring the brand’s distinctive fish-scale pattern. You can choose from the popular ice-blue “Piāo,” the salmon-colored “Xiá,” or the new bamboo-green “Yún” – the first new color added to the collection in four years. Each dial is set in a 40mm case made of durable 904L stainless steel, now slightly thicker at 10.4mm.

This watch features a new French-made movement, the Pequignet EPM03, which has been carefully decorated with designs inspired by traditional Chinese culture. The bracelet echoes this design with its unique hexagonal links and precisely polished edges.

Atelier Wen is adding the Perception V3 watch to its permanent collection. It’s priced at $4,850 USD and can be ordered now on their website, with the first orders expected to ship in late July 2026.
