KOEI TECMO GAMES has declared that they will be ceasing operations for their RPG titled Atelier Resleriana as of March 28, 2025. Originating from the widely recognized Atelier series, the game first allowed pre-registration in Japan on August 11, 2023. This was followed by a global pre-registration starting November 21, 2023, leading up to its worldwide release on January 25, 2024.

For those unfamiliar, Atelier Resleriana is a role-playing game in the Atelier series, more specifically titled Atelier Resleriana: The Lost Alchemy and the Polar Night Liberator. This captivating game takes place in the realm of Lantarna, where you assume the role of a new hero embarking on an extraordinary quest to rekindle alchemy with a cast of endearing characters by your side.

Regrettably, the Atelier Resleriana team has declared that they will halt all operations on March 28th, 2025. They explained, “Due to reasons beyond our control, we are no longer able to maintain a quality level satisfactory for our players. As a result, we have made the tough choice to discontinue our service.

You will be able to play and use unused Lodestar Gems till the termination date

After the notice that the service will be ending, all in-game purchases within the game have now been deactivated. But if you still possess Lodestar Gems, you can continue using them until the service ceases. Although the game might try to encourage you to buy more Lodestar Gems when you run out for specific actions, purchasing them is no longer an option.

Starting March 28th, the game will no longer be operational, meaning you won’t be able to play it anymore. However, there is some good news for fans – the developers have planned various in-game events that will take place until the game shuts down. Some of these events include the second phase of Main Story Chapter 18 Episodes and more. For further information about all the upcoming events, you can refer to their event schedule.

As a devoted fan, it’s bittersweet to acknowledge the approaching end of this cherished game.
