Ashley Roberts showed off her flexibility during her sun-soaked getaway in Turkey on Wednesday.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share my awe-inspiring moment at the beach! You know who I’m talking about, right? That former Pussycat Doll singer, aged 43 and still as captivating as ever. Well, let me tell you, she was casually balancing on her forearms and stretching into a breathtaking split – talk about flexibility goals!
I couldn’t help but be utterly amazed as I found myself gushing over the stunning display of Ashley, showcasing her breathtaking physique in a radiant white bikini, gracefully executing acrobatics against the picturesque backdrop.
Alongside the impressive clip, Ashley wrote on Instagram: ‘Netflix and chill’
It comes after she flashed her sunburnt bottom in a cheeky Instagram video on Tuesday.
The presenter openly acknowledged that she had failed to apply sufficient sunscreen, thus presumably not learning to do so properly during her time sunbathing at the beach.

Ashley posted a video on her Stories, which was a reflection of her in a slim-fitting blue swimsuit. The video showed her twirling around to reveal her matching red bottom.
The radio host playfully implied she was too much to manage, possibly due to a sunburn, when she adjusted her swimsuit, exposing it and showcasing her lower back tattoo.
She said: ‘Day one and I never learn, ouch!’
In the morning, Ashley took a refreshing dip in the sea for relief from the sun, all while enjoying her stay at the luxurious Yazz Collective hotel.
After Ashley shared more details with the Bryony Podcast from The Mail’s The Life about how her time in the music industry affected her negatively.
Through conversation with Mail’s columnist Bryony Gordon, she revealed that the necessity to abandon dancing, coupled with the discovery of breathing techniques, played a crucial role in rescuing her from the edge of a mental collapse.
When the performer became a member of The Pussycat Dolls in 2003, she was just 22 years old. Following their separation in 2010, she relocated from Los Angeles to London.
Ashley’s latest publication draws on her challenging life experiences to provide useful strategies for enhancing both mental and physical wellness.

‘My body was literally shutting down’, Ashley told the podcast.
In London, the dolls were performing. Suddenly, while I was relaxing in my hotel room, I experienced an unusually severe headache.
The intensity of the pain was beyond description, and I was feeling incredibly unwell. With a concert scheduled in Germany the following day, I contacted my manager, who advised me to seek immediate medical attention at a hospital.
Initially, the doctors suspected I might have experienced a brain aneurysm. However, upon going for an MRI, my knee suddenly stiffened due to viral arthritis invading my system instead.
At that point, my mindset was solely focused on reaching the next performance. However, there came a time when I found myself questioning, “What’s happening here? I need to pause for a moment because this doesn’t feel right.
Ashley disclosed that the highly competitive music industry had fostered an unhealthy work mentality, which was negatively impacting her well-being.
As a lifestyle advocate, I find myself often reflecting on the past, and when I reminisce about the early 2000s, it feels like a completely distinct epoch. During my conversation with Bryony, I shared that back then, discussions surrounding mental health weren’t as common or openly embraced as they are today. The importance of checking in on one’s emotional wellbeing wasn’t given the attention and emphasis it rightfully deserves now.
I appreciate the change – it’s good that individuals are prioritizing self-care by canceling events when necessary.
‘I felt I was weak. It was instilled in us from a young age that we were interchangeable.
‘There was a pressure of like, if you don’t show up, who knows what might happen?

Grew up immersed in the dance realm where the mentality often leans towards: even with a broken toe, one must persist. One’s thoughts are typically conditioned to believe that the performance should continue uninterrupted.
In conclusion, due to a highly contagious illness that came with severe symptoms, likely stemming from being overly exhausted, I found myself needing to step away for a while.
After the disbandment of The Pussycat Dolls in 2010, Ashley focused on her career in the UK and made it to second place on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2012.
Following her decision to settle permanently in London, the Heart Radio broadcaster shared with Bryony that a sense of spiritual disorientation in her new abode prompted her exploration of breathwork – an ardor surpassed only by her passion for music.
‘After the Dolls, I stopped dancing completely’, Ashley said.
After being part of a band for such an extended period, I felt the need for change and decided to move towards a new musical path.
It was then she found breathwork: ‘It created this sense of calm that I can’t explain.
For a moment, the internal turmoil that I’ve long experienced seemed to dissipate, giving me a fleeting feeling of no longer struggling against it.
‘I didn’t quite realise how then how great a tool it would be in helping me process life.
After my father passed away, the capacity for introspection provided the drive to remain resilient, and I wish to pass on this motivation.
