Ashley Graham parties in a figure-hugging lime green mini-dress at a supperclub to celebrate her JC Penney collection

Ashley Graham celebrated her JC Penney collection with a party at a supperclub, wearing a tight-fitting, bright green mini-dress.

I spotted the gorgeous Ashley Graham, 37, out and about in New York City on Tuesday! She was at the JCPenney x Ashley Graham event held at Drai’s Supper Club Loungesuch a chic spot. It was a fabulous evening!

She looked absolutely stunning for the evening, wearing a short, green dress. It had a classic roll neckline and was made of a textured, ribbed material.

Ashley wore the dress with delicate lace and eye-catching leopard print sheer stiletto heels. She completed the look with several pieces of silver and diamond jewellery.

In April, JCPenney revealed a partnership with Ashley to design a special clothing line specifically for plus-size women.

The new collection will be released this fall and will showcase Graham’s distinctive, strong, and self-assured aesthetic, according to the company.

‘This is something I’ve dreamed about for a long time,’ said Ashley in April.

Oh my gosh, JCPenney has *always* been such a huge deal to me! They gave me one of my very first breaks as a model, which I’ll never forget. And now? Seeing them really step up and become a leader in fashion for every body type? It’s just… so powerful and inspiring! I’m seriously obsessed with how they’re making fashion accessible to everyone. It feels amazing to see a brand I love do something so right.

This is more than just a collaboration – it represents everything we’ve built together and is a significant move towards creating fashion that is both accessible and reasonably priced for everyone.

Honestly, it *really* bothers me when people try to put her in a box and call her a ‘plus-size’ model. She’s told me herself she absolutely hates constantly having to discuss her body! It’s like, can we just talk about her amazing work instead? She’s so much more than a size, you know? It’s frustrating to see the media always focus on that one thing.

In an interview with WSJ Magazine, Ashley explained how tiring it is to repeatedly address questions about her body, and noted that she’s unaware of ‘any man’ facing the same scrutiny.

I was absolutely floored earlier this month when Ashley showed up at the Michael Rubin REFORM Alliance Casino Night! She looked incredible in a curve-hugging, patterned dress at the Ocean Casino and Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was a truly stunning look.

It wasn’t easy to tell exactly what parts of her body Ashley was highlighting, because the fabric stuck closely to her and the dress’s style emphasized her figure.

The dress featured a rather provocative design, displaying outlines of a navel, décolletage, and other suggestive areas painted on the front.

The alarming print also seemed to suggest that star had gone without underwear.

The single-shouldered dress fell just above her ankles and was tied at the side of the waist.

Her long, dark locks was also giving mermaid vibes as they cascade down in loose, semi-wet waves.

Ashley, who recently visited London, had on makeup that looked naturally flawless, with a subtle pink lip color. She kept her jewelry minimal, choosing diamond hoop earrings. She finished the outfit with a pair of black, strappy high heel sandals.

Ashley brought her husband, Justin Ervin, 36, as her date. He looked quite handsome in a classic black tuxedo, complete with a button-down shirt and tie.

He accessorised with what appeared to be an antique brooch on his lapel.

It comes months after Brooke Shields gave advice to Ashley ahead of her Broadway debut in Chicago.

The news about Ashley joining the cast came out in March, and the model shared her excitement about embracing a “new challenge” professionally. At the same time, Brooke took on the role of Roxie Hart in the popular, long-running musical. More details are available on the official website.

During an appearance on CBS Mornings, Ashley said: ‘Brooke Shields has been a beacon of light.

‘She has texted me paragraphs and photos and has been so kind and sweet.’

The model actually ran into Brooke in the bathroom shortly before she auditioned for Chicago.

Ashley said: ‘[I] was like, “This is a godsend, for sure.”‘

The model – who had been featured in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue before – later talked about some guidance she received from Brooke.

She recounted, ‘She simply told me, “Be yourself.” And I remember thinking, “What exactly does that mean?” But ultimately, that’s what I did – I just let my true self shine through during the audition, because Roxie really exists within all of us.

‘She’s the go-getter, she wants to make it to the top, and she’ll do anything to get there.’
