As Lady Gaga announces Mayhem Ball tour, surf company says she lifted its Mayhem trademark
On Wednesday, Lady Gaga focused on her Rockheaven Tour, announcing it the day following a lawsuit accusing her of copying a surf company’s “Chaos” emblem, which they call “Mayhem.
Initially, I hadn’t intended to tour this year following my performances in Singapore. However, the overwhelming enthusiasm for my latest album has motivated me to carry on. I’ve been working hard on a new show, and it’s all come together surprisingly fast. Truth be told, I’m really excited about it! This performance is meant to be a spectacular, electrifying representation of MAYHEM, just as I’ve always imagined.

It has been reported that Cindyana Santangelo, a generous benefactor, performer, and music video personality known for her roles on ‘CSI: Miami’ and ‘Married… With Children’, was discovered deceased in the area of Malibu.
According to Lady Gaga, the “Mayhem Ball” – a project conceived jointly with Live Nation within a short span of time – will perform in arenas rather than stadiums. This is due to her desire for greater control over the specifics of the show, a level of detail that’s challenging to achieve in stadium settings. Fascinating, indeed.
The tour will visit only large urban areas, but currently, it doesn’t include any performances in Los Angeles – this might be due to the fact that the actor portraying “Joker” in “Folie à Deux” is already scheduled for two main events at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio during April.
The itinerary for this tour features multiple stops such as Las Vegas, Seattle, New York City, Miami, Toronto, Chicago, London (England), Manchester, Stockholm, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Lyon and Paris (France). The “Mayhem Ball” segment of the tour commences in Las Vegas on July 16th, culminating with three shows in Paris from November 16th to November 20th.
Concerning the recent legal dispute, Lost International LLC initiated a lawsuit against Stefani Germanotta in a U.S. District Court, specifically the Central District of California on Tuesday. The nine charges encompass various issues such as infringement of trademarks, misrepresentation in advertising, dilution of trademarks, and unethical business practices.

According to reports, Douglas Kiker seemed ill before being transported by an ambulance around early March. It appears that someone passing by made an emergency call to 911, stating that he seemed to be experiencing a drug overdose.
Lawyer Orin Snyder, representing Team Gaga, appeared unfazed by the lawsuit. “Lady Gaga’s MAYHEM reached No. 1 and broke records, showcasing her extraordinary ability and global influence,” he stated on Wednesday. “It’s unfortunate – yet predictable – that someone is now trying to profit from her success with a groundless lawsuit concerning the name MAYHEM. This is nothing but an opportunistic and baseless attempt to misuse the legal system.
The “Mayhem” symbol from the TV show “Lost” shares a similar, slightly curved shape with Lady Gaga’s “Chromatica” album’s “Mayhem” logo and other merchandise. Both logos use an unkempt, uneven font that mirrors the chaos implied by the word “mayhem.” The lawsuit claims that Gaga’s logo closely resembles the design used by Lost on its own products.
The show “Lost” first employed its logo back in 1986, and since then, it has been used extensively in commerce across multiple states. Over the years, this logo has graced surfboards, equipment, clothing, accessories, and surf videos worldwide, spanning over 30 countries. According to the lawsuit, these products are associated with the brand “Lost”. Furthermore, “Lost” claims it officially registered the trademark “Mayhem” in the United States in the year 2015.
Mayhem is also the nickname of Lost co-founder Matt Biolos.

Television
Known for his time on ‘The Bachelor’, Sean Lowe was viciously assaulted not once, but twice, by their Boxer dog following an extremely loud fire alarm that seemed to trigger some sort of response in the animal’s mind.
The lawsuit states that Lady Gaga’s actions could lead people to believe her products are endorsed by or come from a company called ‘Lost’. This misconception could harm both ‘Lost’ and the public. Importantly, ‘Lost’ has no oversight over the quality of goods sold by Lady Gaga, and due to this confusion, they have also lost control over their valuable reputation.
Tickets for the Mayhem Ball tour will be released on April 3 via AXS. However, there are several presale opportunities available prior to this date, such as fan club presales, Citi cardholder presales, and luxury seating presales.
