Once more, she found herself under public scrutiny due to questionable circumstances. On multiple occasions, she neglected court notices and avoided repaying an alleged debt of approximately £3.2 million following two instances of bankruptcy.
Rather than staying put, she took a trip to Turkey for some additional cosmetic procedures; specifically, a facelift costing around £10,000, accompanied by her reality TV star partner, JJ Slater. However, she maintained that the journey was primarily for professional reasons.
Upon her return, there’s a possibility that she will be taken into custody at the airport. Additionally, there is a risk of imprisonment, a fate she came very close to experiencing in 2021 when she received a suspended sentence for driving under the influence while disqualified, claiming she would seek treatment at the Priory ‘for recovery’.
Her actions led to skepticism among friends who have consistently urged the 46-year-old to comprehend the significance of obeying the law, and in doing so, heaps further embarrassment upon her adolescent kids, Junior and Princess.
Currently aged 19 and 17 respectively, they are both pursuing individual careers in singing (Junior) and modeling (Princess). However, people around the family are concerned that Katie’s past mistakes might eclipse their diligent efforts.
Witnessing their mother being taken into custody at the airport might be the decisive factor for them. However, according to people familiar with the situation, a positive aspect is that they’ve grown up in a stable environment under the loving care of their father, Peter Andre.

Indeed, they would not be alone in losing patience with Katie’s self-destructive behaviour. Insolvency and companies court judge Catherine Burton said the former glamour model had received ‘very clear warnings’ that she had to attend the hearing on Tuesday.
Ms. Price was expected to answer queries in a specialized bankruptcy court in London, as barristers standing for the trustee of her two bankruptcies posed the questions.
At a prior hearing, the judge warned that she could be taken into custody if she missed subsequent court appearances. Later, during the issuance of an arrest warrant, Burton stated that Price had only provided fragmented assistance and neglected to supply essential details about her bankruptcies. Additionally, he emphasized that they hadn’t received any money or rationale from her for these payments, as agreed upon but not delivered by Price herself.
It then emerged that she had flown out to Turkey.
She maintained that she was busy filming a documentary about corrective surgeries, but the uproar over her being away ignited another round of criticism against her. Yet again, instead of acknowledging any fault, she attacked her detractors in a statement.
On Tuesday evening, she posted on Instagram saying: “I’ve been and will continue to collaborate with the necessary individuals as much as I can. Despite repeated attempts to shame me through rumors about my personal struggles, I remain unaffected and unashamed.”

She also hit out at the media for ‘causing humiliation to myself and family’. Ironic words from someone who has made a career from self-publicity since she was a teen. It has been quite a fall from grace for Katie. She and Peter were once one of Britain’s most popular couples, and they featured on several ITV documentaries.
At some point, her wealth surpassed 20 million pounds primarily due to her successful TV career and profitable equestrian product line, as she has a strong affinity for horses.
It’s come to light that she wasn’t remitting taxes on her income. In February, she received a notice to pay 40% of her monthly earnings from her new venture (posting adult content on OnlyFans) to her bankruptcy trustee for a span of three years. Unfortunately, this didn’t prevent another bankruptcy filing in March, as a result of an unpaid tax debt.
In November 2019 and most recently in March of this year, Katie was officially identified as bankrupt due to an outstanding tax debt amounting to approximately £762,000 that remained unpaid.
It’s been disclosed that she has substantial debt: £142,405 and £196,735 for tax years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 respectively, as well as a £140,000 VAT bill.
Besides facing penalties and additional interest, her total outstanding debt now exceeds £3.2 million due to these accumulated charges.
Due to financial difficulties, Katie has been forced to vacate her £2 million residence, a property known as the “Mucky Mansion,” situated in Horsham, West Sussex.
After getting its lawn trimmed and clearing out the trash, it was put up for sale this week at a price of £1.5 million. Meanwhile, she resides in a more humble abode, located about 15 miles distant.
Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that Katie has faced several driving restrictions. Over the course of time, she has had her driver’s license revoked on five occasions. The most recent incident occurred in September 2021 when she collided with a BMW, leading to a two-year ban from driving. Furthermore, she was given a 16-week suspended jail sentence for an alcohol-related driving offense.
In March, Katie was penalized £880 for operating a vehicle without insurance and a valid driver’s license. The court learned that she was pulled over by the police in her Range Rover on the A14 bypass in Kettering, Northamptonshire, last August 2nd, while her driving privileges were suspended.
Having spent many years working as a law enforcement officer, I have encountered countless individuals with criminal records, but few stand out quite like this one. With multiple convictions for motoring offenses spanning several years and two instances of driving while disqualified in both 2019 and 2021, it’s clear that this person has a troubling pattern of ignoring the law and putting others at risk on the road. It’s disheartening to see someone repeatedly making such reckless decisions, especially when they have had ample opportunity to learn from their mistakes and change their ways. I can only hope that they find the motivation to turn their life around before it’s too late and cause even more harm to themselves and others on our roads.
On Thursday, photographs emerged showing Katie at a preliminary consultation for surgery in Istanbul. She was dressed in a surgical robe and hairnet, and the surgeon had made notes on her face with a pen.
A friend remarked, “Katie seems unaware that sharing photos on social media in such a manner doesn’t aid her case,” they’ve shared with us. “We’ve tried explaining it to her, but she refuses to heed our advice.”
Apart from Katie, her oldest child, 22-year-old son Harvey who is her offspring from a brief romance with footballer Dwight Yorke, was also part of the trip. Harvey has Prader-Willi syndrome, a condition affecting growth and appetite; septo-optic dysplasia, an eye disorder; and a learning disability.
A friend remarked, “She brought Harvey along, an unexpected choice considering she claimed to be working. Nevertheless, it’s clear they share a strong bond.”
‘You wonder whether she did it to stop her from getting into too much trouble.
Although Katie may have made some incredibly foolish decisions throughout her life, it’s hard not to empathize deeply with her due to her relationship with Harvey.
She deeply cherishes and loves him, yet understands the potential backlash for the authorities if she were to be restrained next to him while he’s seated in a wheelchair. This scene might create an unfavorable image for the police department.
If and when that moment arrives, her anxious family will have to wait and see.
A concerned friend expressed their worry, saying, “It seems like things might not turn out favorably for Katie. If only she would pay attention to us.”
