Artem Chigvintsev RESPONDS to estranged wife Nikki Garcia’s divorce filing – as he asks for joint custody of son and spousal support

He listed the date of separation as August 29 – which was the same day that he was arrested for felony domestic violence charges following an alleged altercation at their home in Napa, California.

Law enforcement officials responded to a reported domestic dispute at a wealthy couple’s residence worth approximately $1.5 million in Yountville, California, on August 29th.
According to reports, the couple made two calls to emergency services – initially asking for help due to an injury, but then phoning again to ask that the paramedics stay away.
In an unexpected turn of events, despite the backdrop of a seemingly ordinary suburban neighborhood filled with lush greenery, the soothing peace was disrupted as I found myself in the company of law enforcement officials from the Napa Sheriff’s Department. However, rumors suggest to DailyMail.com that he is putting up a strong fight in an attempt to reconcile with her – even more so now since he’s been removed from the upcoming season of DWTS.
They mentioned that Artem is deeply disappointed and angry because he wasn’t invited to dance on this year’s Dancing with the Stars, and it seems unlikely he’ll ever get another chance. His career and personal life have experienced a significant reversal as a result.
