Artem Chigvintsev re-adds wife Nikki Garcia to Instagram bio after removing it following domestic violence arrest

On Saturday, the professional dancer from Dancing With The Stars, aged 42, who was recently detained for domestic violence allegations, altered his Instagram profile by adding a link to Garcia’s, a fellow dancer aged 40, along with a bride and a diamond ring emoji.
In his profile, he mentions that his job is being a dancer, and furthermore, he acknowledges his 4-year-old son Matteo within his biography as well.
Additionally noted: ‘Pro dancer from DWTS who has been nominated for an Emmy Award for choreography, winner of the Mirror Ball Trophy on DWTS, and also a winner of the Mirror Ball Trophy on SCD.’
Last Friday, following his arrest on charges of inflicting corporal injury upon a cohabitant or spouse (as reported by TMZ), the Broadway performer decided to remove his wife’s tag from social media.
Despite being detained on August 29 in Napa County, California, Artem and Nikki continue to keep a connection through their mutual presence on a social media platform.
Following the latest reports, it seems the dancer is making efforts to save his marriage with Nikki, yet she feels strongly that divorce may be the best course of action.
Law enforcement officers responded to a reported dispute at a wealthy couple’s residence in Yountville, California, valued at approximately $1.5 million.
According to reports, the couple made two calls to 911. The initial call was seeking help due to an injury, but they later phoned again to ask that emergency responders stay away.
Despite the noise of a domestic dispute heard in the background, officers from the Napa County Sheriff’s Department still responded to the upscale neighborhood and eventually escorted Russian native Chigvintsev away with them.
He was booked into the Napa County Jail on felony domestic violence charges at 10:59 am before being released on a $25,000 bond at approximately 2.18am.

Four days following their social media-celebrated August 2022 wedding anniversary, an arrest occurred, reportedly due to Garcia throwing shoes at her husband, not long after the joyous occasion.
And now Artem is said to be hellbent on proving to wife Nikki that he ‘can be a changed man.’
Although she’s reportedly prohibited Artem from visiting their four-year-old son Matteo without supervision and is looking for a divorce attorney, it’s been disclosed to DailyMail.com that he’s putting up an intense struggle to win her affection back, particularly since he’s no longer part of the upcoming season on DWTS.
They mentioned that Artem is deeply disappointed and angry because he wasn’t chosen for this season of Dancing with the Stars, and it seems unlikely he’ll return in the future.
