As a lifestyle expert with a deep appreciation for individuals who prioritize giving back to their community, I am truly inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s dedication and selflessness. His unwavering commitment to service over the past three decades is nothing short of commendable.

Arnold Schwarzenegger gave back to his community this week as he handed out turkeys in Los Angeles.

Last month, the ex-governor of California (age 77), who recently supported Kamala Harris, showed up in high spirits at Hollenbeck Youth Center, where he warmly greeted the attending families.

At the event, the Terminator actor expressed to Fox 11 that for him, providing service means everything.

According to the outlet, Schwarzenegger has kept up the tradition for more than 30 years.

At the youth center, Tom Arnold – a 65-year-old actor and comedian – joined him. The duo then happily struck poses for photos together.

Arnold said about the spirit of volunteering, ‘It’s something that will stay with you forever.’

He looked handsome with a full, white beard and his dark hair slicked back.

For the pre-holiday event, the veteran Hollywood figure donned a relaxed, all-black ensemble, expressing his love for country through a black bomber jacket adorned with an American flag emblem on one arm and a California flag on the opposite side.

Two weeks prior, he displayed the same level of patriotism by expressing emotional tributes on social media for Veterans Day.

In his Instagram post aimed at almost 30 million followers, he expressed gratitude in the caption saying, ‘On this day, let me express my heartfelt thanks to each and every veteran.’

“You contribute immensely to making our nation the best it can be. You bravely sacrifice for everyone’s safety. And after all you’ve done for us, you truly deserve our support and assistance.

The note was accompanied by a carousel of images that showed the star serving pizza to veterans.

He encouraged his followers and fans not just to celebrate the holiday, but also to go beyond that by showing support for our heroes in some way.

He typically delivers pizza to the veterans at the Veterans Affairs facility in Los Angeles and spends time with them to express his gratitude. You can establish your own tradition – show appreciation towards a veteran, treat them to a meal, or reach out to your local representatives and advocate for improved care for our heroes, he suggested further.

Schwarzenegger was formerly married to journalist and Kennedy family member Maria Shriver.

In August 1977, Arnold Schwarzenegger met Maria, who was related to the 35th U.S. President, John F. Kennedy, during a tennis game.

The two got engaged after Arnold popped the question in his home country of Austria in 1985.

The former couple tied the knot in 1986 in a ceremony at the Kennedy family home in Massachusetts.

Over the span of 25 years, they became a family of six, with the arrival of girls Katherine and Christina, and boys Patrick and Christopher.

Arnold had a son named Joseph, who arrived only a few days before Christopher, through his affair, ultimately causing him to separate from Maria.
