Armie Hammer’s ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers targeted in attempted break-in at her home in LA

On an early Monday morning in Los Angeles, Armie Hammer’s former spouse, Elizabeth Chambers, experienced a moment of alarm at her residence.

As reported by TMZ, it appears that someone was spotted attempting to gain entry into Chambers’ residence when she was absent, based on footage from her security cameras.

The TV personality called police immediately to report the attempted break-in.

The outlet reported that the suspect had already left by the time the police arrived.

As an ardent admirer, I can confirm that, based on my trusted sources, neither harm nor distress befell Elizabeth, and her abode remained undisturbed, devoid of any hint of a forced intrusion.

In September 2024, Chambers returned to the United States along with her children, having resided in the Cayman Islands since January 2020.

Chambers has a nine-year-old daughter named Harper and a seven-year-old son called Ford. She parted ways with Hammer, who is 38, in July 2020, ending their 10-year marriage.

Their divorce was finalized in 2023 and they agreed to shared custody of Harper and Ford.

At the Modern Day Wife’s SO LET’S SHOP event held at SLS Beverly Hills in November 2024, she shared her fresh perspective with DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview.

When questioned about her self-identity almost four years since Hammer’s public fall tarnished both her personal and professional life, the television figure emphasized her integrity, resilience as a mother, ally, and entrepreneur.

Chambers explained, “For me, being a woman is about the type of mother I become, the type of leader I exhibit, and the kind of friend I am.

Indeed, integrity holds great importance, doesn’t it? We only get one opportunity to act honorably, whether it be as a parent, a confidant, or someone leading others.

‘And that is the most important thing,’ she concluded.

In a frank Instagram post shared towards the end of September, she openly discussed residing on Grand Cayman, a place where she weathered both her tumultuous divorce and the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.

Approximately five years ago, our family embarked on a three-day boating adventure in St. Barts, thinking it would just be that. However, as we were sailing, the COVID-19 pandemic worsened, leading us to Grand Cayman for an early spring break and to reunite with loved ones, initially anticipating our stay to last no more than a couple of weeks.

After experiencing a worldwide pandemic and a tumultuous separation, our stay in the Cayman Islands concluded, leading us back to Los Angeles.

She added videos showing her, her daughter Harper, and the movers from Roadway Moving as they transferred their items from a nearby storage facility to their new residence in Los Angeles.

On September 11, her former spouse dropped by their newly moved-into residence while she and the children were settling in, according to pictures acquired by DailyMail.com.

Initially, when Chambers revealed her plan in August, she expressed gratitude towards Ricardas Kazinec, her boyfriend who is a wellness therapist and whom she has been seeing since last September, for assisting her in navigating the shift from Grand Cayman to Los Angeles.

Over the summer, I found myself back in Los Angeles, four years on from the sudden halt in my former husband Hammer’s promising Hollywood career. This hiatus followed the shocking revelation of his sexual misconduct allegations and the disturbing claims that he was a ‘cannibal.’

Back in February 2021, Armie’s former partner, Effie Angelova (age 26), claimed that he had physically assaulted and raped her during the year 2017.

Besides Paige Lorenze, several other females made accusations against the actor, claiming instances of abuse, sexual coercion, and hinting at an unsettling fascination with cannibalism.

Through his legal representative, Hammer refuted the allegations of rape, asserting that all of his sexual interactions were prearranged, consensual, and mutually engaged in by both parties.

In the previous year, it was declared by the District Attorney of Los Angeles County that there wouldn’t be any charges brought against Hammer in the sexual assault case, as the evidence was deemed ‘inadequate’.

In the weeks following his return to Los Angeles in August 2024, the actor expressed enthusiasm when he shared with his Instagram audience that he was prepared for a fresh start, which included a new vehicle, a new residence, and a new chapter in his life.

After the scandal, he openly shared his financial struggles, revealing that he was unable to pay for fuel for the truck he’s had since 2017.

After returning to L.A., I’ve spent roughly $400 to $500 on fuel, which I can no longer afford. Admittedly, I can’t keep up with the gas expenses any longer.

Because of this, Hammer had to sell the truck and he now drives a ‘tiny’ hybrid car.

Lately, Armie Hammer has started a new podcast of his own – The Armie HammerTime Podcast – in which he openly discusses the numerous issues he’s faced in recent times.

In the beginning, the initial episode was shot within Hammer’s humble apartment located in Los Angeles, with Tom Arnold, another actor, making an appearance as a special guest.

Previously, he humorously mentioned being labeled a ‘cannibal rapist’ on his stage, with his mother Dru present. In response, she clarified to the audience that he had been officially cleared of any wrongdoing in legal terms.

Although Hammer is no longer the top-tier leading actor now, it’s worth noting that he has announced his upcoming role in a Western movie titled Frontier Crucible. As per Deadline, this film started production in November 2024.

It marks his first acting project since he was ousted from Hollywood.
