GRYPHLINE is giving away a free 6-Star Operator to players of Arknights: Endfield, and has also made several improvements to the game. They’re doing this to thank the community for their support and contributions to the world of Talos II since the game launched, and have shared plans for future updates.
You can get the free 6-Star Operator in Arknights: Endfield by clearing an early main mission
It’s amazing to recognize the community’s incredible work – they’ve already installed over 42 billion meters of power lines and repaired more than 23 million facilities! To show appreciation and encourage continued teamwork, the team is offering a significant reward.
Hey everyone, as a long-time Arknights player, I wanted to share this message from the developers. Basically, they’re saying how awesome it is that so many of us are jumping into Arknights: Endfield on Talos-II! They’re really happy to see so many explorers and builders – people who are clearly passionate, smart, and want to help each other out. It’s cool to know they appreciate all the Endministrators – that’s us – who are joining in from everywhere…

Once you finish the main mission “Chapter Ⅰ Process I: Break the Siege,” you’ll receive a Designation Selection Permit. This permit lets you choose a 6-Star Operator from the Basic Headhunting banner. This reward is designed to help new players with both exploration and combat.
Various optimizations across combat, AIC Factory, and more
In addition to the rewards, we’re releasing several improvements today, as previously mentioned in the Arknights: Endfield Zeroth Directive DEV Communication.
- Enemy Stats Optimization: Now, enemy levels at Exploration Level 6 and 7 have been lowered, while offering the same loot drops.
- Early Game Operator Progression Support: You’ll receive gear materials like Ferrium Components and Cryston Components as rewards for reaching diverse Authority levels. With them, you can build four Blue or Purple Quality Gear.
- AIC Factory Control Optimizations: You can switch all selected facilities on or off with the newly added feature to top view mode to easily allocate power resources.
- Map Experience Optimizations: They’ve also adjusted enemy placements near TPs, rare resource spots, and mining areas.
- They’ve also rebalanced difficulty for a variety of Percussive Devices.
You can also look forward to more optimizations in the next two updates:
- They’ll also optimize resource allocations experiences, with more early game headhunting resources and sources, additional AIC Quota sources, smoother Operational Manual tasks, and optimized Protocol Spaces for materials.
- AIC Factory optimization will offer better shared facilities visuals in cutscenes, easier deletion of shared facilities, Quick Stash logic of filled bottles, better UI distinction between personal and shared ziplines, mini-map, and more.
- Combat is also getting optimized with refined visual cues and effects for enemy attacks indictors, smarter teammate support for collecting drops, improved movement and collision, and logic for exiting battles.
Similarly, they’re also planning to bring some interactions and quality-of-life updates:
- They will introduce tips for missions to unlock new areas.
- The Mail Cache will allow rare gatherables to be shored and once you claim them, they’ll be moved to the Depot.
- Red dot reminders will appear less often to make it feel less intrusive.
- They’re enhancing Material visibility at rare gathering sites.
- And also enhancing Controller support with better controller button remapping.
- You’ll be able to use the quick-claim feature for clues and an auto-clue placement feature for the Reception Room aboard Dijiang.
- Recycling Stations will be getting a remote quick-claim feature.
I’m thrilled, just like other fans, that the developers listened to our feedback and made it happen! I’ll keep this article updated as the game evolves and more free content or changes are released. Until then, have fun playing!
