Arie & Lauren Shocked by Baby Girl Reveal

This week, Arie Luyendyk Jr and his spouse, Lauren Burnham, discovered the gender of their forthcoming fourth child.

43-year-old “The Bachelor” star and his 33-year-old spouse recently announced joyous news on Instagram Reels, showcasing their family of five – their daughters Alessi (5) and Senna (3), and their twin son Lux.

Prior to announcing the gender of their fourth child, who they had earlier mentioned would be their final one, Arie and Lauren expressed their belief that it was going to be a son.

In her YouTube video, Lauren openly shared that she believes the baby is a boy. She had this feeling all along, and now it’s been confirmed with the detailed sex reveal.

‘If my instincts are wrong, I’m going to be so shocked,’ she added.

Arie noted that he was ‘wearing blue’ because he also expected a boy.

‘This pregnancy feels different,’ he said.

In the gender-reveal video, they each grasped two dark-colored balloons filled with colorful confetti, while vines and blossoms adorned the ribbons attached to them.

Immediately upon puncturing the balloons, they burst into a cascade of pink confetti, which fell upon their three kids, signifying that they had been preparing for a baby girl.

Arie broke into a wide grin that stretched from ear to ear and erupted into hearty laughter at the surprising outcome. Everyone in the family appeared thrilled beyond measure.

The announcement became reality due to Arie’s decision earlier this year to undergo a vasectomy reversal. Contrary to popular belief, the process isn’t completely irreversible.

By April 2024, the race car driver openly confessed that he made a hasty decision regarding his vasectomy, and since then, he has deeply regretted the choice.

In March, it was disclosed that Lauren encountered a complication – a chemical pregnancy – before they conceived their fourth child.

She underscored in her YouTube video blog, “We persisted, and persisted… but for a short while, we failed and experienced what’s known as a ‘chemical pregnancy.’ I had never encountered this before, so I believed that meant our pregnancy was over.
