Ariana Madix offers telling reaction to engagement rumors with Daniel Wai… three years after Scandoval erupted

Ariana Madix seems to have heard the rumors about her love life. 

Okay, so I’m totally freaking out! Ariana Madix, my queen, was at the Wuthering Heights premiere, and she was wearing this ring… a ring! Everyone’s saying Daniel Wai finally proposed, and honestly, I’ve been shipping them so hard! I’ve been zooming in on every photo, and it looks like an engagement ring. I’m dying to know if it’s true! I’m obsessed and need confirmation immediately!

But Madix offered a telling reaction to the rumors as she celebrated Super Bowl LX on Saturday. 

Honestly, when a Daily Mail reporter brought up the ring at the Sports Illustrated party in Daly City, I could just see Ariana’s reaction. She actually threw her head back like it was a painful topic – it was a total groan moment, you could tell it wasn’t something she wanted to discuss!

Ariana Madix has been in a relationship with Daniel Wai for almost three years, ever since her very public breakup with Tom Sandoval following his affair with a friend.

This couple has been dating long-distance since 2023, but the distance hasn’t weakened their bond.

Okay, so she totally let slip something amazing at Shaq’s party! Apparently, she and her partner are constantly flying back and forth between the coasts – like, all the time – and when someone asked about them moving, that’s what she said! It’s like, they’re already practically living in airplanes, and it’s SO exciting to think about where they’ll end up! I’m glued to every detail, obviously.

For now, the couple are enjoying their time together when they aren’t busy with their projects.

Despite leaving Vanderpump Rules last year along with the rest of the cast after a lot of drama, Madix is still appearing on television.

Since 2024, she’s been the host of Love Island USA, and she’s confirmed to The Daily Mail that she’ll be back for future seasons.

Wai will also be joining her in Fiji for a portion of filming. 

I can’t be away for the entire duration of her trip – it’s quite long, and I still need to work. I’m aiming to go for about two weeks, though.

Since Ariana Madix discovered Sandoval’s affair with a friend and ended their relationship, she and her partner have been thriving and growing closer.

The fallout from the situation was shown on episodes of the Bravo reality show Vanderpump Rules, though the show now features a completely different group of people.

The TV personality previously told People magazine that Wai is amazing – incredibly smart, supportive, and adorable, and always has her back.

I really admire him. If I’d known five years ago what my life would be like, and someone told me I’d be dating him, I would have been amazed.

Since 2024, Sandoval has been in a relationship with model Victoria Lee Robinson, and he’s been sharing details about their romance.

Oh my gosh, you guys, last year at BravoCon in Vegas, I was dying when he talked to The Daily Dish! He finally started talking about what’s happening with them right now – he called it a ‘chapter,’ which is just… everything! I’ve been replaying that clip non-stop, trying to decode every little thing he said about this new phase of their lives. It was everything I’ve been waiting for!

He also commented on how his girlfriend’s mother is a big fan of reality television.

This has been a really good phase. It’s wonderful being with someone who doesn’t get completely caught up in reality TV – her mother does, but she herself doesn’t, and that makes a big difference.

The celebrity shared that having someone who accepts you for who you are has been really wonderful.

Sandoval hinted that he and Ariana might move in together soon, saying they’ve been looking at places and are close to finding one. He clarified that Ariana currently lives separately, but they’re hoping to share a home together.

He told The Daily Mail that a significant step in their relationship is likely to happen very soon.

Sandoval shared that they simply enjoyed spending quality time together and strengthening their connection.
