The Vanderpump Rules celebrity, aged 39, chose to flaunt her natural, radiant complexion as she went about errands in Los Angeles on a recent day.
While she was out, she wore a large, ripped T-shirt in a casual manner and grey sweatpants with “pink writing” on the side of one leg.

Madix, who is currently facing a lawsuit from her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval over allegations of viewing private photos of Rachel Leviss on his phone, has previously discussed undergoing cosmetic treatments herself.
In the year 2021, she addressed a fan’s remark on her Instagram stories that read: “You haven’t undergone any Botox or similar treatments.”
She denied using botox or fillers, asserting that it had been a long time since she last underwent any such treatments.
I’ve noticed that many people, including myself at times, underestimate the fleeting nature of certain health and wellness trends. They assume that because a particular practice or supplement is popular, it must have long-lasting effects. However, my personal experience has taught me otherwise.
Ariana likewise mentioned, “During Vanderpump Rules season 5, I gave Botox a try on camera, but it didn’t get broadcasted. I felt uneasy and confined by my own face, and it clearly wasn’t suited to me.”
I’ve dabbed a tiny amount, around 0.5 ml, onto my lips a few times to soften the deep wrinkles I have. Any more than that and I start to look unnatural and somewhat crazy.
The star went on to explain, “I’ve never used injectable fillers elsewhere because I’m content with my facial fullness as is. I have enough puffiness in my cheeks, jowls, and under my eyes already.”
During the sixth season of Love Island USA, Madix assumed the role of host, keeping herself occupied and even presided over the finale on July 21.
In a recent interview with People, she shared her excitement about hosting this season, expressing it as an incredibly wonderful experience.
‘Even from the very first night, it felt magical, and it felt like the energy was just on fire.’
She added that she found pleasure in observing the cast’s interactions with one another. In the heat of the moment, she appreciated these conversations and valued the opportunity to gain insights into their personalities.
