As an obsessed fan of Vanderpump Rules, I can’t help but feel a mix of emotions as I read about yet another legal drama involving my favorite stars, Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney. I’ve been following their lives for years, and it seems like every time I turn around, they’re in the middle of some new scandal or controversy.
A chef who previously worked at “Something About Her,” the new sandwich shop owned by “Vanderpump Rules” stars Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney, has sued them.
According to TMZ’s report, Penny Davidi Borsuk, previously the executive chef and now the COO/Director of Culinary for Something About Her, is taking legal action against these women.
According to Borsuk’s claims, Madix, 39, and Maloney, 37, have not kept up their obligations under the business deal concerning Madix’s position at the restaurant.
According to reports, Borsuk has claimed that the pair breached the terms of their agreed-upon collaboration as outlined in their contract.
Borsuk claims she was promised a 10% share in the restaurant business by June 2023, given her help in establishing and managing it.

Under the terms of this accord, she asserts that she put in a great deal of effort towards launching the restaurant, an endeavor that involved filing trademark applications.
Borsuk was originally slated to receive a monthly paycheck of $7,500 up till January. However, starting from January, her salary was scheduled to rise to $10,000 per month.
Now, however, Borsuk claims Madix and Maloney have denied ever having such a partnership with her.
She’s counting on the judge to honor their deal and ensure that she receives just compensation.
In May 2024, following a surprise two-year hold-up, Something About Her held its grand opening in the vibrant West Hollywood area.
In April Maloney revealed she and Madix were no longer working with Borsuk.
She shared on the Popping Off with Teddi Mellencamp and Emily Simpson podcast that we are no longer collaborating with Penny.
She mentioned very little about why they were parting ways, but she expressed that the collaboration wasn’t quite suitable for her in the end.
“Penny was a delight to work with and we had a wonderful experience together,” Maloney expressed, “but in the end, it wasn’t the ideal match for us.”

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Executive Chef Borsuk in the past. Notably, we’ve collaborated on projects where Lisa Vanderpump, a well-known industry figure, was previously employed.
Borsuk worked with Lisa on both Pump Lounge and Tom Tom.
On her website, she describes herself as a Culinary Expert and New Business Manager with Sysco Foods.
A new lawsuit has been filed against Ariana following an earlier legal action. This most recent suit originated from her former boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.
According to Sandoval’s claims, Madix viewed private, explicit videos of Rachel Leviss on his phone without having been granted permission first.

According to court papers acquired by Us Weekly, Sandoval, aged 40, claims that Madix, 31, illegally viewed videos of him and Leviss, 29, on his phone on March 1, 2023, without obtaining prior approval or consent from him.
Sandoval alleges that Madix duplicated the video and disseminated it to Leviss and others without his approval.
Last year’s explosive finale of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules brought a scandal to light. Cameras caught Madix finding explicit content of Rachel on her ex-boyfriend’s phone during that episode.
Approximately nine years of relationship between Madix and Sandoval came to an end last May due to a scandal. Additionally, Sandoval’s romantic involvement with Leviss concluded around the same time.
In response to Tom Sandoval’s allegations, Jordan Susman, representative of Madix, spoke to Us Weekly on Tuesday, expressing his disapproval by saying, “It’s despicable how Tom Sandoval keeps harassing Ms. Madix.”
“After destroying their home and stability through an extramarital relationship, she endured months of emotional turmoil. Now, instead of taking accountability for how his actions impacted her emotionally, he’s trying to evade responsibility once more.”

Tom Sandoval is well aware of the types of access they both had to each other’s personal communication devices.
As an obsessed fan, I can’t help but ponder over the intricacies of their relationship. If only they had the power, my idols, Mr. Sandoval and Ms. Madix, could make it a crime for anyone to uncover their infidelities. Yet, isn’t it ironic that he, once pleading for her mercy, now shifts the blame onto her? This shift in perspective is a clear indication of his wrongdoing.
Months after being labeled “the most hated man in America” by the New York Times, Mr. Sandoval shows no signs of changing his ways and instead persists in harming Ms. Madix in an attempt to improve his public image. Ms. Madix trusts that a jury will recognize this as a futile attempt and discard his unfounded allegations.
After the Scandoval scandal last year, Tom and Ariana were sued by Leviss for sharing intimate images and videos (referred to as “revenge porn”), listening in on private conversations (eavesdropping), and invading their privacy.
