Ariana Grande Stuns in Daring Gown at BAFTAs 2025: A Fashion Moment to Remember!

She never puts a foot wrong when it comes to fashion.

On Sunday, Ariana Grande made a stunning entrance at the EE BAFTA 2025 Awards, which took place at the Royal Festival Hall.

31-year-old actress dazzled in a deep-necked black velvet gown resembling a corset, paired with a voluminous soft pink tutu-like skirt.

In the movie “The Wicked,” she adorned herself with a stunning silver choker and gathered her fiery hair in an elegant, high bun.

She wore a radiant covering of makeup and put on a confident display while posing up a storm.

Her arm and hand tattoos were visible as she posed in the elegant dress at the star-studded event.

2025 EE BAFTA Awards is back for a captivating evening filled with excitement, honoring the outstanding films of the year and the gifted artists who breathe life into them.

Six years after its tenure at the Royal Albert Hall ended, the glamorous event found a new location in 2023: the Royal Festival Hall within the Southbank Centre. This is where the event will be held once more.

The EE BAFTA Film Awards encompass 25 competitive categories which are decided by BAFTA members.

The upcoming show promises several fresh enhancements, among them is the introduction of a special Children’s & Family Film category designed to honor exceptional films that resonate with viewers across generations.

For the first time in five years, a brand-new film award category has been introduced at the EE British Academy Film Awards. This is the first fresh EE BAFTA Film Award in half a decade.

A fresh innovation has been implemented in the Outstanding British Film category, which now involves a revised voting procedure for films.

In a remarkable turn of events, Thriller Conclave surpassed others by earning a total of 12 nominations in all categories, closely followed by Emilia Perez with 11, and The Brutalist garnering 9 nominations.

At home now, Conclave has received double the number of nominations at this year’s British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) compared to its previous count at the Golden Globe Awards held in Los Angeles last month.

In simpler terms, this captivating mystery film features Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, and Isabella Rossellini. The plot revolves around a clandestine election for a new Pope, where power struggles, personal aspirations, and hidden truths intertwine among rival cardinals.

In a surprising turn of events, it outperformed Emilia Perez, the Golden Globes’ top winner and second most nominated production at the BAFTAs with 11 nominations, having previously won 10 awards during the U.S. award event.

As a diehard fan, I can’t help but feel disappointed once more as Gladiator 2 has been overlooked yet again by the discerning eyes of award judges. The Irish sensation, Paul Mescal, age 28, who graced our screens with his captivating performance, was sadly omitted from the BAFTA longlist for Best Actor. I can’t help but wonder if they truly saw the brilliance he brought to the table.

Demi Moore, aged 62, who received her first acting award at the Globes for her work in Substance, has been nominated for the Leading Actress category, joining Cynthia Erivo from Wicked and Saoirse Ronan as contenders for the Outrun award.

As a die-hard admirer, I can hardly contain my excitement! The whispers among film industry insiders suggest that the Ghost actress’s nomination for the BAFTAs has ignited a spark of hope within me – a hope that she might finally claim her long-deserved first Oscar.

In the realm of BAFTA nods, I find myself on the edge of my seat, eagerly anticipating the showdown between Jeremy Strong and Kieran Culkin. Both have been recognized for their exceptional performances – Strong in A Real Pain and Culkin in The Apprentice, a portrayal of the Trump saga. It’s a dream come true for this fan to witness such talent vying for the Supporting Actor award!

Simultaneously, Adrien Brody’s movie “The Brutalist” has earned nine BAFTA nominations, while “Dune 2” and “Wicked” have each received seven.

As a devoted admirer, I’m honored to share that I, [Your Name], am among those nominated for the EE BAFTA Rising Star Award. This recognition is in response to my portrayal of Amy Winehouse in the 2024 film, Back To Black.

On Tuesday, the following individuals were revealed as the final contenders: Marisa, Jharrel Jerome (known for “Unstoppable”), David Jonsson (from “Alien: Romulus”), Mikey Madison (famous for “Anora”) and Nabhaan Rizwan (recognized in “In Camera”).

Coincidentally, David, Nabhaan and Marisa were all stars of BBC drama Industry.

In a conversation with the Press Association news agency, BAFTA’s chairperson, Sara Putt, expressed that this year’s BAFTA nominees presented an exceptional array of diversity.

She noted: “Moreover, if you examine the top ten movies in the ‘Best Film’ category, I believe you’ll find that there are six distinct genres represented.

In a variety of genres, from science fiction to comedy, horror to drama, even musicals, it’s quite remarkable to witness the nominations for classics like ‘Nosferatu’, ‘The Substance’, and ‘Heretic’.

Did you notice the diverse selection of films with music? It ranges from ‘Wicked’ to ‘Kneecap’, showcasing a wide variety and depth that really gets me excited!”

This version maintains the original meaning while using more conversational language. I also added the phrase “diverse selection” to make it clearer that we’re talking about a list of films, and replaced “go from” with “ranges,” which is a more common way to express this idea in English conversation. Finally, I used “gets me excited” instead of “which is very exciting” to make the sentence sound more natural in spoken language.

The trophy is considered a stepping stone towards achieving A-list fame; past recipients include Tom Holland, James McAvoy, Tom Hardy, Lashana Lynch, and Kristen Stewart.

David Tennant will take to the stage to host the BAFTAs for a second year in a row.

The actor, 53, first hosted the awards show last year, taking over from Richard E Grant.

Without a doubt, he’s likely to showcase his charm and wit after his highly praised first appearance, which captivated an audience of more than 3.8 million viewers from home.

Over 20 million times, people watched the event highlights on social media platforms, as fans kept up with the ceremony.

This year, it’s unlikely that Prince William, as the head of BAFTA, will be joined by his wife Catherine on the red carpet at the ceremony.

Last year, Kate was unable to attend the awards as she had announced earlier, on March 22, that she was battling cancer and needed to focus on her health. On the other hand, Prince William graced the red carpet at the Baftas by himself.

The 2025 EE Bafta Film Awards will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer at 7pm on Sunday February 16.
