Ariana Grande flashes her tummy in a bra top after controversy over her Wicked poster

As a longtime fan of musical theater, it is truly exhilarating to witness the imminent collaboration between two powerhouse performers, Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, in the stage adaptation of Wicked. The anticipation is palpable, as these two extraordinary talents prepare to bring Elphaba and Glinda to life on stage.

Ariana Grande shared a selection of photos and short videos of her life lately on Instagram.

The 14-slide set included shots from set, snaps of her two cute dogs, her carved Halloween pumpkin and freshly baked cookies.

In my enthusiasm, let me rephrase it: “I, being an ardent fan, couldn’t help but share how Ariana, 31, captivated us yet again! She posted a mirror selfie flaunting her stunning figure in a snug black minidress and another photo of her seated at a vanity table, radiant in a sleek black bra top and pants.

Another photo showed her seemingly overwhelmed as she laid face down on the floor in a pair of print pajama pants and a pink hoodie.

Ariana, known for her humor during her recent appearance on Saturday Night Live, posted a simple white heart emoji as the caption.

The comments on the post gushed over Ariana and expressed their love and appreciation for her.

That adoring sentiment is in stark contrast to the one Grande’s Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo has for fans who are making their own versions of the movie poster and memes about Glinda and Elphaba.

On a Wednesday, the 37-year-old actress shared a single piece of fan art on Instagram, describing it as ‘the most outlandishly offensive thing I’ve ever encountered.’

She continued: ‘None of this is funny. None of it is cute. It degrades me. It degrades us.

The initial author is a DRAWING. On the other hand, I am a living, breathing person who decided to gaze directly into the lens of the camera towards you, the observer, as our silent language often lies in our eyes.

After showcasing her acting skills, she proceeded to explain the distinct elements between the original musical production and its theatrical adaptation.

She stated, “Our poster pays tribute rather than mimics it,” followed by, “Altering my image and concealing my eyes feels like removing my identity. That’s extremely painful.

She then went on to post another Instagram Story featuring the official poster.

Cynthia positioned this comment above the picture, accompanied by two heart emojis in green. “This is to refresh your memory and purify your senses,” she said.

In the official poster, there’s a noticeable contrast as Erivo’s image presents her gaze fixedly and devoid of emotion towards the camera compared to the other one.

In both the stage adaptation of Wicked and various fan drawings, Elphaba is depicted wearing a hat that covers her eyes and nose, and she sports a sly grin adorned with vibrant red lipstick.

Ariana posted the authentic design of the poster onto her Instagram Stories and couldn’t help but express her enthusiasm for her fellow actor, who only needs an Academy Award to achieve EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) status.

My dear Cynthiaerivo, I am filled with excitement and can hardly contain it! The world is about to be captivated by your incredible greatness in this upcoming project. Let me put it simply: I adore you!

Cynthia responded on Instagram: “@arianagrande, what a special moment! It’s amazing we get to share this! I can hardly wait for everyone to be amazed by your heartfelt affection for Glinda (and indeed Elphie). The time has come. I’m here for you. I adore you.
