Ariana Grande compares feeling of the spicy sauce to a ‘lip plumper’ as she crushes the Hot Ones challenge – and praises Cynthia Erivo’s ‘phenomenal’ Wicked stunts

She informed host Sean Evans, while munching on a vegan wing, that she wasn’t being boastful or arrogant but rather humble, vulnerable, and truthful.

Over time and through therapy, we seem to find a way back to accepting them wholeheartedly. Now, whenever I hear them, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of pride, gratitude, and joy, whereas before, their words might have made me cry.
During her conversations amidst the wings (stage sides), she shared insights about working on the Wicked films and expressed admiration for Cynthia Erivo’s daring stunts.
“Observing Cynthia in her harness, donning a hat, wig, corset, dress, and all the trimmings, effortlessly flipping over, soaring around the set, repeatedly singing ‘Defying Gravity’ as if it were routine – truly an extraordinary spectacle I’ve never witnessed before,” stated Grande, who portrays Glinda alongside Erivo’s Elphaba.
‘We had to do some really insane and beautiful things for this film.’
Then she jokingly remarked, “I’m chattering away to put off the unavoidable,” followed by a large gulp of Da Bomb, known for its Scoville rating of 135,500.

She expressed concern about drinking water as it could potentially exacerbate the situation, and she mentioned that the hot sauce seemed to act like a lip-enhancing agent.
After that, she shifted her attention to Pepper Up, which rates at 700,000, and described it as ‘repulsive,’ but this comment was about its flavor, not its spiciness.
In a surprising turn of events, the last wing scored an impressive 2.63 million on the Scoville scale, yet she remained unfazed, managing to eat two whole vegan wings without so much as a flinch.
Ariana mentioned that she had Tums, bananas, and popsicles ready backstage, indicating she wasn’t anticipating a smooth ride during the challenge.
