Arena of Valor Garena Challenger Series (GCS) Spring 2026 to begin this February

As a big Arena of Valor fan, I’m so excited for the Garena Challenger Series (GCS) kicking off in February 2026! This is the biggest AoV tournament in Taiwan, and it’s the 18th time they’re holding it – it’s going to be huge! Seven teams will be competing, and while we don’t know all the details yet, I’ve been following the news and want to share everything we do know right now.

Arena of Valor Garena Challenger Series (GCS) Spring 2026: Schedule and Format

The league will happen in two parts. It starts with the Regular Stage on February 27th and will continue until May. This first part will involve each team playing each other twice in a best-of-five match. The four teams with the best records after this stage will move on to the next round.

The Playoffs will decide the ultimate champion. Starting April 18th and running until May 2nd, 2026, the competition will use a double-elimination format. The top two teams will begin in the winner’s bracket, while the other two will start in the loser’s bracket. Every match will be a best-of-seven series.

Seven teams will compete in the tournament, battling for first place. Here’s the team list:

Prize Pool

The competition will have a large prize pool. The winning team will receive the biggest portion, with other teams receiving prizes based on their final ranking. Unfortunately, the exact amount of the prize pool hasn’t been revealed yet, so I can’t share that information at this time.
