Despite its seemingly simple nature, this game becomes progressively harder as you advance, with each wave introducing additional monsters. Some of these creatures can launch arrows, fireballs, venom, and other hazards, adding to the challenge.

Additionally, what amplifies the challenge is that when your Health Points (HP) reach zero, you’ll be forced to restart the chapter from scratch. This implies that any proficient skills or powers accumulated through level-ups as a Valkyrie, Angel, Demon, or Roulette will be forfeited, leaving you only with your initial resources – basic arrows and aspirations of regaining those abilities once more.

If you’re familiar with the previous game, you’ll find this one quite intuitive. It shares many fundamental principles, or perhaps you’ve encountered Mighty Calico, which also features a similar combat style. In either case, both games require you to remain stationary to fire your arrows, and moving disables shooting, so it’s all about finding the right balance between attacking and avoiding enemies. This becomes increasingly challenging as you advance through the later waves in each chapter.

Instead, the game provides an array of distinct abilities and skills to aid you in overcoming swarms of monsters. For instance, you can acquire diverse spirits such as the Flame spirit, Bomb spirit, Venom spirit, Ice spirit, Laser spirit, mighty Sprite King, and a few others. These spirits function as your allies, discharging flames, lasers, and ice projectiles at the monsters, even when you’re on the move.

By merging Vampire orbs with Corrosive Field blessings, you can effortlessly clear each round even while your eyes are closed, particularly if you also have one or two sprites supporting you.

Valkyrie and Angel Blessings

Whenever you meet a Valkyrie, you’ll have the chance to receive blessings that vary from Rare, to Epic, all the way up to Legendary. Unlike level-up abilities, with the Valkyrie, you can only select two blessings. Instead, you encounter an Angel just prior to each Boss fight, offering you a choice between two benefits. One possibility is a Random boost in your HP, while the other may grant either Maximum HP, increased Attack power, or increased Attack speed. Make your selections thoughtfully, as Boss fights are tough, and starting with low HP will only make them more difficult.

Talent Cards

Once you’ve finished the tutorial and started Chapter 1, one of the initial game features you’ll gain access to is the area known as the “Collectibles“. Here, you can amass “Talent Cards” using a system called “Loot Boxes (Gacha)“. You can use your in-game currency to spin these loot boxes for fresh cards. The price rises slightly with each spin, beginning at 800 coins per spin.

2. Choose the Valkyrie Blessings wisely

You should take the Valkyrie Blessings very seriously as they are game changers, and if luck favors you and you get the Legendary Blessings, you will have lots of advantages to clear the waves easily. As I already mentioned, you can choose between two blessings, so make the best out of it. Try to have a clear plan in your head, on what to get that will allow you to clear the waves with minimum struggle.

As a seasoned gamer, let me share my winning strategy that’ll carry you effortlessly through the game up to Chapter 3. The key here is amassing as many Sprites as possible! If you manage to grab the elusive Sprite King, consider yourself one step ahead. When the screens get swarming with monsters in later stages, Sprites become your secret weapon, clearing them swiftly and offering essential support during Boss fights. Good luck, game on!

3. Choose Proper Angel Blessing

Each encounter with the Angel usually grants you consistent blessings, among which is a random boost to your Health Points (HP). However, it’s advisable to opt for the alternative benefit that typically amplifies your Attack Power, Attack Speed, and Movement Speed, and enhances your Maximum Health Points as well.

A prudent approach would be to prioritize maintaining sufficient Health Points (HP) to overcome the initial Boss encounters, as additional benefits gradually accumulate. The unpredictable HP boost is most beneficial when your HP is critically low before a boss fight, so it’s advisable to concentrate on blessings that enhance your overall attributes instead.

4. Choose your abilities Wisely

Give priority to obtaining various elemental orbs, along with the “Super Rotating Balls,” which grant four rotating balls without any elemental properties. Currently, the “Rotating Vamp Orbs” and “Laser Orbs” seem to be malfunctioning. Acquiring these provides abilities similar to those of the “Valkyrie,” although there’s a lower probability of receiving a superior or higher-tier ability in this case.

Apart from Sprites and Flying Swords, it’s advisable to prioritize other options too. You might find additional abilities helpful in complementing those I mentioned or experiment with different ones for personal preference. Some worth considering include Diagonal Arrows, Split Arrows, Forward Arrows, Meteor Pursuit, and Energy Rings. However, be aware that Energy Rings require you to stand still and charge before use.

5. Make a deal with the Demon wisely

Occasionally, the Demon may propose alluring offers that require your highest life points, but not every offer justifies the loss of HP. Therefore, it’s crucial to make thoughtful decisions about whether to decline or accept these offers in order to gain new skills. These offers often include abilities of varying rarities, such as rare, epic, and even legendary ones.

If you’re considering buying Sprite, it’s generally a good choice as long as you’re prepared to sacrifice some of your maximum health points (Max HP). However, you might want to pass on deals where the skill is impressive but requires trading 165 or 240 Max HP. A useful tip: If a deal seems too attractive but the Max HP cost is steep, you can still take it and then recover it later through Angel Blessing.
