For the very first time, Arcane’s soundtrack has been put forward as a contender for the “Favorite Soundtrack” category in the 2025 AMAs. Voting will continue till May 15th.

The captivating and intensely moving soundtrack by Arcane has not been overlooked – it received a nomination for Best Soundtrack at the 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs), one of the most esteemed accolades in the music sector. The League of Legends series is creating ripples far beyond the realm of animation, making its presence felt significantly.

2025’s AMA competition is fierce, as Arcane squares off against the soundtracks from Wicked, Hazbin Hotel, Moana 2, and Twisters: The Album. In 2025, Arcane made a powerful impact with the launch of its Season 2 soundtrack, unique limited-edition vinyl records, and an eye-catching music video. At the Annie Awards, the series dominated every one of the seven categories it was nominated in, cementing its critical recognition.

For the very first time, Arcane has been nominated for an award at the American Music Awards, signifying a significant achievement that highlights the program’s expanding impact on the music scene, transcending its initial status as an animated television show.

Where can I vote?

From now until May 15th, you’re invited to cast your votes for Arcane in the official AMAs (American Music Awards) website. There are a total of 37 categories to explore and recognize the industry leaders. To get started, simply log into your Billboard account using your Google credentials, if you don’t have one, you can create it easily. Once logged in, you will be able to cast up to 25 votes per category. The awards ceremony is scheduled for May 26th at 8 p.m. ET or 5 p.m. PT and will be broadcasted on Paramount+ and CBS.

Kendrick Lamar has taken the lead with ten nominations across various categories such as Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year for his song “Not Like Us”. Post Malone is right behind with eight nods, while Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey each received seven.
