Arcane exposition in France: Everything you need to know about the behind the scenes
In Montpellier, located in southern France, an intriguing exhibit on arcane topics has just opened its doors to enthusiasts. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
If you’re an admirer of Arcane, and happen to reside in France or plan a visit in February, you may wish to swing by Montpellier to get an inside look at Arcane. It’s a unique opportunity to re-experience some beloved scenes and characters from the series. The Arcane exhibition is only in Montpellier for a brief period!
Arcane exhibition dates, location, and tickets
The exhibition titled “Behind the Scenes of the Arcane series” is now open for public viewing at the Hôtel de Ville in Montpellier, France. It commenced on January 27 and will continue until February 21. You can find it on the first floor of the building. The exhibition can be visited on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., all in local time, and best of all, entry is free!

What can you expect from the Arcane expo?
If you attend the Arcane exhibition, you’ll get a chance to delve into the making-of process. From initial drafts to finished products, you’ll witness the journey and all the artworks that were behind the ones displayed on the screen. You can expect to find numerous unseen sketches there.
Additionally, you’ll get a chance to explore the concepts behind Season 2’s promotional posters, including the Jinx character development across her timeline and the multiverse (as seen in episode 7), Vander’s transformation into Warwick, artistic styles utilized, and various elements from Season 1.
People attending the exhibition have a chance to enter a competition that runs until February 14th for a chance to win one of five copies of Arcane’s artbook titled “L’art de la création.” The book is temporarily unavailable online, but it can be obtained through the city of Montpellier in collaboration with publisher Manabook.
