As an ardent Apex Legends enthusiast with countless hours logged into the game since its inception, I can’t help but feel a rush of adrenaline upon hearing about this year’s Winter’s Haunt Event. The Winter Express LTM has always been my favorite, and the prospect of a deadlier version only amplifies the thrill.
In the spirit of this winter season, Apex Legends’ developer, Respawn Entertainment, has revealed that the popular Winter Express Limited-Time Mode is making a return in their Winter’s Haunt Event. This year, the mode promises to be even more perilous than before! Additionally, players can look forward to fresh cosmetics and seasonal rewards to celebrate the festivities.
In addition to the “Winter Express LTM,” which requires you to either seize the train or eliminate all enemies on it to secure a victory and earn a point, Winter’s Haunt also offers 30 unique cosmetics to obtain, including Bloodhound’s Heirloom titled “Winter’s Bane” and the reactive “Attunement” skin for the Hemlok weapon.
Obtaining Ice Gems in Winter Express will grant you access to Epic skins for Valkyrie and Triple Take, as well as Apex Packs and 150 Heirloom Shards. Additionally, Legendary skins for Bangalore, Bloodhound, Ballistic, Rampart, Ash, and Fuse (depicted below) can be purchased from the shop separately.
