Antihero Studios is offering a brief opportunity for players to test out MISFITZ, an engaging multiplayer game that combines social strategy with thrilling heists in a top-down perspective. This playtest has been scheduled for March 22nd and 23rd, 2025, from 6 PM to 8 PM Central European Time on both days. The signup page suggests that the game will be accessible on both Android and iOS devices.

Play as a thief, loot relics, and extract safely in MISFITZ

In MISFITZ, you can select one of eight distinct characters to embark on an adventure in a dynamic world populated by twelve others. You won’t have to wait for matchmaking or endure delays. The objective is straightforward: gather relics and equipment, make a safe escape, and aim to top the leaderboard. However, there’s a catch – the gameplay!

You have the option to either team up temporarily with others or compete against them to seize their possessions. If you manage to extract the loot, it’s all yours to keep, but if you meet your end, unfortunately, everything goes with you.

In this thrilling future metropolis, where remnants of the past like cassette tapes and valuable artifacts are securely hidden, I, as a self-proclaimed “Misfit,” find myself tasked with their retrieval. The top 10 players in the playtest will be rewarded with unique in-game roles, and the player who tops the leaderboard will receive exclusive MISFITZ merchandise!

I advise you to do so promptly as there are limited spots available, and only the first 200 applications will be accepted by the developers. Upon approval, you’ll receive an email containing the download link.
