Ant and Dec prepare for High Court showdown

The show challenges contestants with tough Bushtucker Trials in the jungle, often involving unpleasant tasks like eating unusual animal parts or searching for stars while surrounded by snakes, spiders, and other bugs.

But I’m A Celebrity hosts Ant and Dec are resorting to a very different sort of trial off screen.

Okay, so I just found out – and you won’t BELIEVE this – that those amazing TV hosts are actually taking a HUGE case to the High Court! Apparently, they’re trying to get back some stolen artwork. I mean, seriously? They’re not just charming faces, they’re basically real-life detectives now! I’m so invested in this!

Legal documents reveal that Ant and Dec are working to locate and secure items connected to their personal and shared art collections.

This lawsuit aims to force a prominent art dealer who sells Banksy pieces to reveal documents and information to the court.

Records indicate the two parties have submitted a legal claim (Part 8) to the Business and Property Courts. The claim is against Andrew Lilley and his company, Lilley Fine Art Ltd.

Instead of asking for money as compensation, the people bringing this case are requesting a court order using special legal powers called Norwich Pharmacal and Bankers Trust. These powers allow a court to compel someone to reveal information and documents, helping to uncover who might have done something wrong or where assets are located.

The claim adds that the presenters believe they are ‘entitled to legal remedy’.

To justify requesting this type of court order, the application must demonstrate a strong possibility of wrongdoing and explain why the order is needed to pursue those responsible.

The defendants are accused of being involved in the misconduct and are believed to possess documents or information that could be important to the case.

The claim also states that granting an order is ‘necessary and proportionate’.

The presenters believe there’s strong evidence the money or assets in question belong to the people requesting the information, and a good chance finding this information will help locate or protect those assets.

Honestly, I’m just dying to know where everything is! What I really want, what we all want, is a clear picture of exactly what assets are out there, and a way to find them. It’s like a treasure hunt, and I need to know what we’re hunting for and where to look! That’s what this is all about – uncovering everything, piece by piece.

Ant and Dec are rumored to be fans of Banksy’s art, and reports suggest they purchased pieces by the famous street artist after seeing his work at an exhibition in 2009. Some sources estimate their total spending on Banksy art to be around £1 million.

Andrew Lilley, the art dealer involved in this claim, is known for finding rare artworks, like pieces by Banksy and Andy Warhol. His company advertises itself online as a dealer in original Banksy art.

Why Ricky finds fans tricky

With seven Bafta awards, an estimated net worth of £130 million, and a recent fifth Golden Globe win, he’s achieved significant success in his career.

Even though he’s a successful comedian and the creator of popular shows like The Office and After Life, Ricky Gervais still gets anxious. He confesses that he feels nervous even when someone asks him for an autograph.

I worried I’d mess up and ruin the photo—they were planning to sell it on eBay for £200! My main concern was just spelling my name correctly. That’s when I really get anxious, because it’s something that will last forever, and people don’t understand how stressful that can be.

Chris and Camilla keep Strictly vibe alive

Chris Robshaw, a former England rugby captain and a long-time team staple, has been left disappointed after not being selected for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour.

Waltzing round the country for 30 dates, the tour begins in Birmingham next week.

I was chatting with the former England captain at the Cirque du Soleil premiere, and he told me he wasn’t chosen for the show, which he was a little disappointed about. He admitted he wasn’t high enough on their list, but totally understood. He’s heading back to the world of rugby now, though he joked he might still be showing off his moves – maybe just with a glass of champagne in a corporate box!

Oh my gosh, you guys, I just read that Chris Robshaw, the DREAM, is still dancing! He’s 39 and totally gorgeous, and he was with his wife, Camilla Kerslake – she’s an opera singer, can you believe it?! Apparently, he hasn’t lost his Strictly magic at all! He and Camilla are teaching their little one, Hunter, who’s only a year old, all the moves! He says Hunter loves all the songs from the show, so they’re always having little dance parties at home. Seriously, can I just join them?! It’s the cutest thing ever!

Dame Ann Limb has been addressing inaccuracies in her professional background, including a false claim of holding a PhD that remains listed in her Who’s Who profile.

The 72-year-old woman, as I reported yesterday, has resigned from the Athenaeum Club and is no longer involved with the King’s charity as a trustee.

She stepped down as chairman last month, and it soon came out that the PhD she claimed wasn’t real. However, sources say her resignation from the King’s Foundation wasn’t about the PhD at all. Apparently, she left because Keir Starmer had put her forward for a seat in the House of Lords.

Injured Abbey nails a £450,000 payday

Model Abbey Clancy had a surprising health scare while on holiday in Dubai. She ended up needing a hospital drip after breaking a nail, but she’s received good news since returning home.

I’ve been a big fan of Abbey Clancy for ages, and it’s no surprise to see how well she’s doing! I just read that she earned around £450,000 last year, which brings her total wealth to over £1.4 million. Her company, Abigail Marie Clancy Ltd, recently released its financial reports, and it’s clear her brand is really thriving – especially considering she just turned 40! It’s fantastic to see her success.

Her company, which combines income from modeling, sponsorships, and her podcast, has grown to £1.67 million in assets. The only significant deduction is £235,000 owed in taxes.

 Baby Spice’s bad run-in with Jacko…

Oh my gosh, if I ever met Michael Jackson, the King of Pop himself? I honestly think I’d just completely freeze! I heard Emma Bunton, ‘Baby Spice’ from the Spice Girls, said she would’ve run! Can you believe it? Run from Michael?! I would have probably just stood there, speechless and starstruck, hoping he wouldn’t notice I was a total mess. It’s Michael Jackson, after all!

TV personality Louie Spence, who danced with the Spice Girls, remembers being at a German hotel when Michael Jackson was also a guest. He says Jackson started walking towards them while wearing a mask, which made Spence and his companions feel uneasy, so they quickly ran away.

Both of the top officials from the UK Parliament are currently in Delhi, attending a Commonwealth Speakers conference. Sir Lindsay Hoyle, the Speaker of the House of Commons, is a frequent attendee at these kinds of events.

This trip seems like a particularly generous farewell for Lord McFall, who is retiring next month. He apparently didn’t want to burden his replacement, Lord Forsyth, with what he considered an overly demanding – and free – opportunity.
