Another string to his bow! Aspiring chef, wildlife photographer and hot sauce entrepreneur Brooklyn Beckham revealed to be joining European team at the Celebrity Ryder Cup

Brooklyn Beckham is adding another activity to his list of interests – he’s been confirmed as a participant in the Ryder Cup All-Star Celebrity Match in New York City next Wednesday.

David and Victoria Beckham’s oldest son, 26, will be playing golf for Team Europe in a competition against a team of American celebrities.

He shared the news on Instagram Stories Tuesday, posting a video of himself outdoors wearing a Cloud 23 T-shirt and a baseball cap worn backwards.

Brooklyn announced to his fans that he’ll be participating in the 2025 Ryder Cup celebrity match in New York City, where he and his team will compete against Team USA. He expressed his excitement and invited everyone to come and enjoy the event.

Brooklyn is welcoming several new residents, including actress Catherine Zeta-Jones and actors Tom Felton and Oliver Phelps, known for their roles as Draco Malfoy and George Weasley in the Harry Potter films.

Joining the competition are three-time NBA champion Toni Kukoč and two-time NBA winner Pau Gasol. They’ll be joined by Chef José Andrés and ice hockey legend Teemu Selänne, rounding out the team.

In New York, Brooklyn will compete against tennis legend John McEnroe, who has won seven Grand Slam singles titles, former NFL quarterback Eli Manning, a two-time Super Bowl champion, and television personality Michael Strahan.

The event will also include performances by Noah Kahan, known for his song “Stick Season,” along with country stars Miranda Lambert and Kane Brown. Comedian Colin Jost from Saturday Night Live and celebrity chef Bobby Flay will also be there.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve been following Brooklyn’s journey for a while now, and his latest venture into the tournament world is just another exciting chapter! He’s always been someone who dives headfirst into new passions – from playing football and capturing stunning photos, to hitting the racetrack and even pursuing his skills in the kitchen. It’s inspiring to see someone embrace so many different pursuits!

People have questioned his constant career changes, suggesting he relies on his family’s advantages to get opportunities.

I’ve been following his career for a while now, and the latest news is he’s planning to open a burger place in the US! It sounds like he’s getting some serious financial support from his wife, Nicola Peltz, and her father, Nelson Peltz – he’s a billionaire, so they’ve got the resources to really make it happen.

David Beckham is putting the finishing touches on his personal brand, ‘Brand Beckham,’ built around the name Cloud 23. This began with the release of his hot sauce, also called Cloud 23, last October, which he created based on his experiences with flavor and style.

Brooklyn is aiming to build a personal brand and add to his existing £10 million wealth, following in the footsteps of his successful father, who is 50 years old.

Recently, the celebrity child launched the branding for their bakery, Beck’s Buns, following a disagreement with the beer company Beck’s.

He updated his trademark application to also cover restaurants and is now actively moving forward with this new business.

According to a source speaking to The Sun, Brooklyn has always wanted to open a restaurant in his neighborhood, and he’s now making that dream a reality.

He recently started a new business called Beck’s Buns, quietly introducing it on social media last month. The trademark is owned by his Brooklyn-based company, Buster Sauce Inc., and he’s planning to open a restaurant in the future.

The menu isn’t finalized yet, but it will feature delicious, high-quality burgers served with his famous Buster hot sauces.

Brooklyn is hoping to build a personal brand and add to his existing £10 million wealth, following in the footsteps of his successful father, who is 50 years old.

Just a few months prior, he began a new career as a race car driver. In March 2025, he participated in Formula E Evo Sessions, following extensive training with Jaguar TCS driver Mitch Evans – all of which was documented in a film.

He told the Daily Mail that he’d discovered something he was truly passionate about, and was excited to pursue it.

Okay, so my wife, Nicola, was a tiny bit hesitant at first, you know? But then she saw me all geared up in my racing suit, and she just *lost it*! She was like, ‘Seriously? You need to do this for work! You look incredible!’ And honestly? I think she’s right. I’m seriously considering a total career change now! It’s all her fault… in the best way possible, of course!

I’ve experimented with different hobbies and I’m thrilled to say I’ve discovered my true passion: racing! I’ve always loved it, and it’s something I’m really dedicated to.

I’ve been completely focused and giving it my best effort, blocking out distractions and just doing what I feel is right.

This follows Brooklyn’s debut of his Facebook Watch series, ‘Cookin’ With Brooklyn,’ which he started in December 2021 while many people were staying home during the pandemic.

He hasn’t had any formal cooking lessons, explaining that he simply enjoys cooking and loves sharing his creations with his fans.

Okay, I still adore him, but honestly, some fans were *really* harsh about his cooking! They started calling him ‘out of touch’ because he used, like, super fancy ingredients and made things that… well, a lot of people said were just too simple and kinda tasteless. It stung, because I think he was just trying to share what *he* loves, but the criticism was definitely there.

A year after his initial success, Brooklyn expanded his business into the beverage industry with the launch of his new alcoholic drink brand, Wesake.

He explained that joining Wesake was exciting because it combined several of his interests – particularly his love for Japan, food, and sake.

He began his creative career with photography, and in 2017, Penguin Books published a book of his photographs called What I See.

The book received a lot of criticism online, especially for a darkly shadowed photo of an elephant. Brooklyn had captioned the picture, ‘Elephants in Kenya. So hard to photograph, but incredible to see,’ which many people found laughable.

Someone posted a blurry, out-of-focus photo of a restaurant table online with the caption, ‘Dinner. I like this picture – it’s out of focus, but you can tell there’s a lot happening.’

Brooklyn has spoken about the criticism he receives for trying out different careers. In a 2022 interview with Bustle, he explained that it’s perfectly normal to not have everything figured out by your mid to late twenties, pointing out that his own father knew what he wanted early on, but that’s not always the case.

This follows his continued absence from important family events, including failing to acknowledge his brother Romeo’s 23rd birthday on Monday amidst an outpouring of family tributes.

It breaks my heart to see Brooklyn missing yet another family event. It seems his issues with his parents are still going strong, and I’m really worried about how much this is affecting everyone. People are saying the whole situation is getting worse, and it’s just so sad to watch from the outside.

The last time Brooklyn and his family were seen together was on Boxing Day last year, and he hasn’t visited them in the UK since.

Since then, I’ve only seen him return home briefly for work – most recently, he was shooting a Moncler campaign with his wife, Nicola. It’s all go, go, go for him!

Reports suggest the Beckhams have cut ties with the couple, after not being invited to their recent vow renewal ceremony.

Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz renewed their vows in a small ceremony on August 2nd in Westchester County, surrounded by Nicola’s family. Interestingly, Brooklyn’s family, the Beckhams, weren’t invited and didn’t attend.

Adding to the recent difficulties, a recording of Brooklyn’s wedding speech has been leaked. In it, he apparently shared heartfelt sentiments about his wife and her family, moving the 200 guests at the reception.

According to a source, he spoke honestly and sincerely, emphasizing his deep love for Nicola and gratitude towards the Peltz family, who have been a strong support system for him. He was committed to acknowledging and appreciating everyone involved.

While Brooklyn was traveling and enjoying time abroad, his parents, the Beckhams, spent an extended period in the south of France before continuing on to Italy.

Sources say Brooklyn is very upset about how his wife, Nicola, is being portrayed negatively during their family conflict. It’s been claimed that Nicola has been pushing Brooklyn away from his family and friends, and he’s reportedly hurt by this depiction.
