Another Eden gets The King of Fighters crossover

In a surprising collaboration, another dimension has been bridged between Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space and The King of Fighters. This crossover is showcased within the single-player adventure of The King of Fighters: Another Bout event in the Japanese role-playing game (JRPG).

As a gamer, I found myself astonishingly transported from Another Eden’s realm into the vibrant world of The King of Fighters! My party and I were suddenly faced with the challenge of squaring off against some familiar foes – Terry Bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, Mai Shiranui, and even Kula Diamond. What an exhilarating twist to my gaming adventure!

In a creative collaboration, the developers at Wright Flyer Studios – responsible for Another Eden – have reimagined characters from The King of Fighters series to fit seamlessly within their game’s aesthetic, with assistance from caster BON and SNK World Championship 2023 champion Laggia.

Another Eden x The King of Fighters: Another Bout event

Besides gaining access to characters from The King of Fighters, Another Eden gamers will additionally delve into a narrative that branches out with these characters. To fully participate in the Another Bout event, players need to progress through Chapter 13 of the primary storyline first.

In the “The King of Fighters: Another Bout” event, fresh battle strategies are introduced into “Another Eden”. This includes the option for players to pick a squad of three characters and engage in one-on-one (1vs1) combats.

As a gamer, “Instead of using skills directly, you’ll need to input commands. Get good at linking these together to pull off Special Moves. Fill up your blue energy meter to unlock MAX MODE, where you can deal some serious damage with Super Special Moves! Nail down these mechanics, because the formidable boss Rugal is waiting for you at the end.”
