Anna McEvoy Rushed to Hospital During Babymoon: Baby’s Scary Silence!

Love Island Australia contestant Anna McEvoy, who is expecting a child, has shared details about an unexpected health issue that required medical attention.

32-year-old celebrity-turned-podcaster, who was on a babymoon with her husband Michael Staples, had to be taken to the hospital for observation as their unborn child suddenly became inactive.

On Tuesday, Anna posted a video to Instagram from her bed at Cairns Hospital, explaining that their little one had been acting rebellious by not moving for the past 48 hours.

The midwife advised us to head over to Cairns Hospital for some checks. Following an hour of observation, they seemed satisfied with the results.

‘When we left, they said “I think you have a cheeky boy”. We weren’t surprised.

Funny enough, as soon as we arrived at Palm Cove, he began dancing and celebrating – all while being in his third trimester!

Many of her friends and followers flocked to the comments to offer words to support.

‘This happened to me twice my first pregnancy – better to be safe than sorry!’ one person wrote.

Initially, the video showed scenes that seemed like old footage of Anna and Michael when they were young. Later, it transitioned to a segment where Anna and Michael were seen inside their car.

‘The baby is ten weeks old and 3cms tall,’ the podcast host said with a bright smile.

As an overjoyed admirer, I couldn’t help but notice Anna and her beloved walking along the sandy shore, their hands intertwined, while she gracefully displayed her baby bump in a pristine white crop top.

Anna and Michael got married at a glamorous ceremony at Corfu in Greece last year.

Instead of choosing a different month, the pair decided to host their wedding at the prestigious Courti Estate, a grand villa in Corfu, during May. This exceptional villa boasts nine spacious bedrooms for guests.

After they exchanged their vows, the pair was showered with petals when the bride held a bunch of white roses.

‘Our wedding day at The Courti Estate was magical,’ Anna told the Herald Sun at the time.

The fairytale European wedding we envisioned became a reality, surpassing all expectations. Michael and I are overjoyed beyond measure.

We were touched by an abundance of love from our fantastic family and companions, who journeyed across distances to be with us in Greece.
