Anna Kendrick’s VERY awkward three-word response fuels feud rumors

In a somewhat uneasy manner, Anna Kendrick responded to questions regarding her collaboration with Blake Lively for the sequel of Another Simple Favor.

On Friday, I, a dedicated follower, was present at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin for the screening of an upcoming Prime Video film. Interestingly, both parties rumored to have a ‘secret feud’ – myself, formerly known as a Twilight star (aged 39), and the Gossip Girl actress – attended this event. It’s intriguing that we were there on the same day!

Currently, Blake finds herself engaged in a high-profile and prolonged legal dispute with her It Ends With Us co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. This conflict started when she filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and subsequently initiated a defamation campaign against her towards the end of last year in December.

In a widely-shared video posted on X, Kendrick could be seen happily saying hello to admirers outside the venue’s entrance.

At one point, one asked the actress, ‘What does it mean to be working with Blake again?’ 

Anna chose not to provide more details and instead started taking selfies with others, adding to the rumors that a disagreement might exist between her and the other star.

In another video on X, Lively was not only socializing with fans and providing autographs, but when asked a similar question, her answer stood out as quite different from Kendrick’s.

‘Blake, what does it mean to be back with Anna?’ a fan asked as the actress was strolling by. 

Wow, it’s fantastic! I’m overjoyed,” the celebrity exclaimed, expressing their enthusiasm before being led for more snapshots at the celebration.

As a passionate fan, I’m thrilled to share that Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively are rekindling their on-screen chemistry for the long-awaited follow-up, scheduled to hit theaters this year on May 1.
