Kingsglory, a company owned by FunPlus, is letting players test its new augmented reality action RPG, Aniimo, on iOS in the US from November 6th to 9th. The game, created by Pawprint Studio, was originally shown off at the Xbox Games Showcase in June and is planned for release on several platforms in 2026.
Explore the vibrant world of Idyll and meet adorable Aniimos
You’ve likely seen Aniimo online recently – it’s become incredibly popular, racking up millions of views on social media. It’s an action RPG where you catch creatures, similar to Pokémon, and explore the colorful world of Idyll, which is full of cute creatures called Aniimo.
We’re excited to announce a small technical test for Aniimo on iPhones, starting November 6th! This test, limited to a few users in the US, will help us refine the app and get ready for our next big Beta release. Every bit of feedback brings us closer to launching the full experience!

Explore a world filled with old ruins and changing landscapes where you can collect amazing creatures. You can nurture them, help them grow stronger, and research them to discover all their hidden abilities. I especially love how adorable and different each Aniimo is – Emberpup, Otti, and Nimbi are some of my favorites!
What I found most appealing was the ‘Twining’ feature – a unique concept that lets you connect with your Aniimo, going beyond simply fighting alongside them. The idea of unlocking new skills and experiencing the world from their point of view sounds really exciting, and I’m eager to try it out.
How to sign up for the Aniimo iOS technical test
Great news! Aniimo is preparing for a technical test on iOS from November 6th to 9th in the US. This limited test will help gather feedback before the larger beta release. It’s important to note that this isn’t a new beta test – the content will be the same as the first beta.
Here’s how you can apply for the Aniimo technical test:
If you’re chosen to participate, you’ll receive an email at the address you provided. Keep in mind this is just a technical test, so it won’t fully represent the final game. It’s disappointing that this test is limited to players in the US, but the developers have said a second beta test is on the way.
