As a gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that Angry Birds has been a constant companion in my gaming journey since its inception. These special events, running from November 11th to December 16th, 2024, will not only reward players with unique goodies but also bring back some cherished challenges. This anniversary year, Rovio’s strategic partnership with SEGA has led to Angry Birds branching out into multiple media formats. Since January, a grand billboard in Times Square has been commemorating the achievement. To mark this significant milestone, Angry Birds has also disclosed some of their accomplishments from this year.
In May, Rovio debuted “Angry Birds Mystery Island: A Hatchlings Adventure,” an animated series on Amazon’s Prime Video and Amazon Kids+, and also announced the third installment in the Angry Birds Movie series. To celebrate the anniversary, Angry Birds collaborated with artists to produce digital art, music, and culinary-themed works, as well as releasing two comic books inspired by the original Angry Birds Classic Comics.
