It appears that Angelina Pivarnick, who gained fame on the Jersey Shore, might be revising her account of a physical incident that took place during a holiday performance.
Last week, a reality star aged 38 joined a group for Brandon Voss’ Secret Santa event held in the Chelsea area of New York City.
It appears that the team was extremely disorderly towards both staff members and entertainers, allegedly leading to an incident where someone is said to have physically assaulted a short performer (around 3 feet 6 inches tall). This behavior was so severe that law enforcement had to be summoned.
Lawyer John J. Zidziunas shared with Page Six on Wednesday that Pivarnick enjoyed herself greatly at the event, and there was no involvement in any kind of unruly behavior on her part.
Yet, only a day subsequent, Page Six has secured footage of the incident’s aftermath which depicts Pivarnick asserting that the show’s team members ‘touched me’ and one of her companions confessing to having ‘stepped onto a chair.’
On Thursday, Zidziunas issued another statement that presents a somewhat varied account of the events compared to his initial statement.
Initially, it seemed like just a enjoyable evening; however, things took an unfortunate turn into chaos when workers from the temporary event location were reportedly abusive towards Angelina and her companions verbally, and went so far as to physically touch Angelina, according to Zidziunas’ statement following his discovery of the video, which was not released.
After her limits were breached, Angelina expressed her worries and requested help from security to involve the police, thereby helping to calm down a situation instigated by the staff at the venue, as the attorney explained further.
As a seasoned professional who has worked with numerous individuals over the years, I can confidently say that maintaining sobriety throughout any situation is of utmost importance. In my line of work, I have encountered many instances where alcohol or substance abuse played a significant role in escalating situations and causing harm to those involved.
In this particular case, it’s reassuring to know that the individual was completely sober at all times. This not only ensures the safety and well-being of everyone present but also demonstrates a level of responsibility and maturity that is commendable.
Furthermore, the fact that she expressed gratitude towards security for calling the police speaks volumes about her character. It shows that she values the law and order, respects authority, and understands the importance of seeking help when necessary. This is a trait I believe should be lauded in today’s world.

The video apparently depicts Pivarnick informing officers that she intended to lodge a police complaint about the location. However, her companion, perched atop a chair, didn’t seem particularly happy about it.
Friend, I can’t believe it! Why are you making this report? It’s because I stood on a chair?” the friend said, but Pivarnick replied, “It has nothing to do with you!
A significant aspect of the performance includes artists engaging directly with spectators. In this instance, a performer, standing at 3 feet 6 inches tall named Katrina Kemp, claimed that a fellow group member struck and squeezed her abdomen. However, due to the individual donning a mask, Kemp was unable to pinpoint the offender’s identity.
A different report suggests that there was an incident within the group where one individual allegedly attempted to remove a wig from another performer. Voss stated that police intervention was required when security personnel were unable to make them vacate the premises.
The video seems to indicate that Pivarnick mentioned her intention to submit a police report, but she was hesitant about doing it at the police station or online.
Voss addressed Pivarnick’s allegations by saying, ‘Nobody struck her. Some might have lightly touched her shoulder… We asked her to leave, and it became necessary to call the cops because she wasn’t complying with security. Instead of forcing her physically, we opted to contact the police.’
Zidziunas continues to assert his client’s innocence, stating, “Angelina holds firm in her belief that the video proof will unequivocally show her actions were appropriate and lawful that evening. This footage will also verify that she never physically interacted with anyone… what’s crucial is that Angelina did not personally engage in any illegal or improper behavior.
In the entire ordeal, Angelina consistently prioritized her own security while managing the situation prudently. It’s regrettable that some individuals believe they can ridicule and antagonize a public figure, and if the matter escalates, they think they can be the victims. Fortunately, the police took notice and filed a report, and Angelina retains all options to pursue legal action if needed. This was stated by her lawyer.
On the night in question, an NYPD representative stated that there were no complaints filed or logged in their system.
