Angelina Jolie opted for boudoir attire to attend a Tom Ford event in Shanghai, China on Sunday.

The Academy Award-winning actress, age 50, wore a white silk robe by Tom Ford and bright red lipstick (Tom Ford Runway Lip Color in ’16 Scarlet Rouge,’ priced at $62) – she’s a brand representative for the company.

Angelina Jolie told reporters while walking the red carpet that she was thrilled to be at the event, wished she had more time to spend there, and hopes to come back again soon.

The activist, who supports Palestine, styled her hair with a fresh blonde color and added a touch of makeup – winged eyeliner and defined eyebrows – for the fashion event.

While at the event, Jolie took a photo with Haider Ackermann, the creative director of Tom Ford, who was celebrating his 55th birthday on Sunday.

The Tony Award-winning producer recently lost her uncle, Chip Taylor, the talented songwriter known for hits like “Wild Thing” and “Angel of the Morning.” He passed away on March 23rd, three years after battling throat cancer, according to his children, Kris and Kelly Taylor, who shared the news on Facebook.

The 86-year-old musician was the brother of Jolie’s father, acclaimed actor Jon Voight.

Deadline reported on March 4th that Vertical Entertainment will distribute the film Couture in North America. The movie, a drama centered around the fashion world, stars and was produced by Jolie, who plays director Maxine Walker.

The new film about breast cancer resonated deeply with Atelier Jolie’s founder and designer, as she herself had a double mastectomy in 2013 and ovary and fallopian tube removal in 2015, both as preventative measures due to a faulty BRCA1 gene.

So far, the movie Couture has made $1.4 million worldwide. It currently has a 64% approval rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 22 reviews.

Maddox Jolie, the 24-year-old son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has chosen to use only his mother’s last name in the credits of the film Couture, where he worked as an assistant director.

In 2016, the 62-year-old Formula 1 personality allegedly had a physical fight with his son, Maddox, on a private plane. He has since achieved sobriety.

On July 12th, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins, Knox and Vivienne, will turn 18 and become legal adults. There are reports that after their birthday, one of them plans to leave the United States.

Earlier this month, TMZ said the producer of the film Anemone went to court, asking a judge to require Yuri Shefler – a wealthy Russian businessman who owns the Stoli liquor brand and part of Château Miraval – to participate in a deposition done remotely.

The judge had instructed Jolie to share 22 private discussions with her financial and PR teams with Pitt’s lawyers, but she is challenging this order before their court case in 2027.

The former couple bought the 35-room property together in 2011 for $28.4 million. In 2021, he sued her because she sold her share of the estate to the Stoli Group without his permission, leading her to file a countersuit.

Jolie first tried to reach a settlement, but she changed her mind when she learned she’d have to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The actress, who has been divorced three times and has six children, also has several other movies coming out soon: the comedy Anxious People directed by Marc Forster, the thriller Sunny by Eva Sørhaug, and the spy thriller The Initiative directed by Doug Liman.
