Following an arrest at an airport and a charge of violating a non-molestation order, Andy Carroll has spoken about how he spent Christmas with Lou Teasdale.
On Saturday, 36-year-old former soccer player, who played for Newcastle and Liverpool, shared festive season highlights on Instagram, featuring his 42-year-old girlfriend and family.
This post appeared soon after reports that Andy had violated the restraining order following his arrest in April, with the incidents he’s accused of happening back in March.
I was so happy to see his latest post! Everything seemed perfect – he shared some really sweet photos with Lou from Christmas Day, and honestly, they looked totally in love. There wasn’t a hint of any trouble, which is great to see.
Andy and Lou, a couple since late last year, looked cozy and happy together while celebrating the holidays near a Christmas tree.
Lou had on an Adidas Originals shirt and a paper crown, and Andy was wearing a green knitted T-shirt with a red Santa hat.

Other photos revealed the couple enjoying a football game, and Lou happily snacking on a large Pot Noodle while they watched.
In other photos, the couple playfully posed in a supermarket photo booth and cozied up together at the Christmas dinner table.
Andy captioned the carousel of photos: ‘Christmas Carroll’s’.
Andy is now dating makeup artist Lou, following his split from his wife, Billi Mucklow, earlier in 2024.
Andy and his ex-wife, TOWIE star Billi, separated in July of last year following a difficult two-year marriage. They officially started the divorce process this September.
Only a few weeks after ending his previous relationship, he started dating Lou, whom he apparently met at the Glastonbury festival in June of that year.
These photos emerged after reports that Andy was stopped by police soon after arriving at Stansted Airport in the UK from France.
According to a source who spoke with the Sun, he was briefly detained and questioned by police after his arrest.

According to reports, a problem was noticed by Border Force officers at Stansted Airport’s passport control, prompting them to call the police. The individual was questioned and then escorted away.
‘It caused quite a kerfuffle as there were lots of other passengers around where he was arrested.’
Essex Police told the newspaper: ‘A man has been charged with breaching a non-molestation order.
On April 27th, police arrested Andrew Carroll, 36, from Epping. The arrest is connected to an incident that reportedly happened in March.
‘He is due to appear at Chelmsford magistrates’ court on December 30.’
Former England international Carroll, who played nine times for his country, now plays for Dagenham and Redbridge, a non-league team.
The forward signed with the National League South team this summer, coming back to England after playing for Amiens and Bordeaux in France.
